Samsung to open its newest digital playground where customers can play, learn and discover

LONDON, England – 7th July 2020 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd has announced that on 8th July it will be opening the doors to its brand-new experience store in Bristol Cabot Circus.  The store will be operated by (PRS&), the exclusive franchisee for Samsung Experience Stores in the UK.

The all-new Samsung Experience Store (SES) will be open seven days a week and customers can discover the latest range of Samsung mobile, tablet, wearable and computing devices. With the newly launched Galaxy S20 range and Galaxy Z Flip on display in-store, customers can learn how they can make everyday life more creative, convenient and fun with Samsung’s latest innovations.

With a dedicated team of Customer Experience Experts on hand to support on all technical needs, SES Bristol’s customers will be able to learn how to get the most out of their device. What’s more, the store features a first-class device repair service. All mobile, tablet and wearables repairs are completed on site, with the majority being completed on the same day.

In keeping with the rest of Samsung’s retail portfolio, customers have numerous ways to pay for products and services, including 0% finance options on a range of tech, as well as various network contract offers.

For business users, SES Bristol will offer Samsung’s full range of Rugged and Enterprise Edition models, including the award-winning XCover Pro. Business Solutions Experts will also be available in store to offer advice on how to complement business operations with Samsung’s extensive product range.

Andy Webb, Director of Samsung Experience Stores said: “We are really excited to expand our Samsung Experience Store portfolio with the opening of the Bristol store. As well as showcasing our latest tech, we look forward to welcoming our customers to the store and teaching them how to get the most out of our innovative Galaxy devices”.

Robert Hobbs, General Manager of Cabot Circus said: “Samsung is a great addition to the centre. Its unrivalled range of products will really complement the broader offer at Cabot Circus, and with more people working from home than ever before, I’m sure they’ll be in demand. Given the past few months, we’re so excited to be welcoming a new brand to the centre.”

In line with the most recent advice, Samsung is committed to welcoming customers and colleagues back to retail spaces safely, with health and wellbeing remaining the utmost priority.
