<p>Samsung Canada is pleased to announce a partnership with iQmetrix, one of North America’s leading providers of telecom retail management solutions, to integrate Samsung Care+ into iQmetrix’s retail management system.</p>

<p>This integration will give iQmetrix clients, representing over 2,000 retail locations across Canada, the ability to offer customers enhanced protection of their new Samsung devices with Samsung Care+, a total care service for Samsung Galaxy smartphones, laptops, tablets, hearable, or wearable devices.</p>

<p>Customers will be protected against physical or liquid damage and mechanical malfunctions or defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, for up to two years<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1"><sup>[1]</sup></a> <a href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2"><sup>[2]</sup></a>. With the Samsung Care+ Plan, a team of dedicated Samsung Galaxy experts is available to help get Galaxy users back on track.</p>

With worry-free repairs, an extended warranty of up to three years and coverage for physical damage and liquid intrusion, this total care service provides businesses with the peace of mind of knowing their devices are protected.</p>

<p>With today’s employees reporting that over a third of their workdays are spent on their smartphones<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1"><sup>[1]</sup></a>, it’s become increasingly important for businesses to prevent productivity loss resulting from having to manage broken devices. Samsung Care+ for Business is a device lifecycle management tool that, in addition to Samsung Knox, provides the complete solution for device management, security, and protection, to maximize business continuity.</p>

 Today Samsung Electronics Canada Inc. announced the expansion of Samsung Care+ service, a leading device protection program enabling same-day, walk-in mobile servicing at more than 100 stores nationwide.<sup>1</sup><br />

Samsung Care+ walk-in servicing is now available through three Samsung authorized partners: <a href="https://www.fonelab.ca/">Fonelab</a>, <a href="https://mobileklinik.ca/">Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair</a>, and <a href="https://www.ubreakifix.com/ca">uBreakiFix</a>. The device protection program complements and is supplementary to the original equipment warranty and covers certain device issues, notably physical and liquid damage that renders a device inoperable, for up to two years to provide customers peace-of-mind knowing their devices will be supported by Samsung.<br />

Fonelab and uBreakiFix launch walk-in repair support for Samsung Care+ on June 7th, while Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair will launch on June 20th, 2019. Between these retail partners, over 100 locations across Canada will be equipped for same-day, walk-in Samsung mobile servicing.<br />

Users can easily drop-off their device without an appointment at any of the Samsung Care+ authorized service locations nationwide. All authorized service locations use genuine Samsung parts, proprietary Samsung tools for the repairs, and conduct repairs by Samsung certified professionals.<br />

These partnerships are critical to providing leading service to Samsung customers: Fonelab has eight stores in Ontario; Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair has 50 locations across Canada; uBreakiFix has 41 stores in Canada supporting Samsung Care+.<br />
