A dual-door, smart-dial appliance that remembers cooking preferences and favourite settings, the 30” range features a slide-in design that allows it to fit into place without the need for a full renovation. 

And then there’s the AirDresser (pictured at the very top of the article). Combining powerful steam and air to relax light wrinkles and remove 99 per cent of bacteria, dust mites and odours from clothing, the sleek unit is a luxe personal stylist. Featuring a carefully pared down design and a refillable water reservoir, the AirDresser offers premium garment care without the need for a water line or professional installation. It brings the smart home into the closet. All you have to do is plug it in.

Samsung Electronics Canada announced today the expansion of its award-winning lifestyle Home Entertainment portfolio with the addition of The Terrace, its first outdoor 4K QLED TV and accompanying soundbar. Available now for purchase at select retailers in Canada, The Terrace is a Samsung Smart TV that is specifically designed to bring the full indoor entertainment experience outside.

Available in 55-, 65- and 75-inch models, The Terrace fits well with any outdoor living space and delivers Samsung’s leading QLED 4K display technology and Smart TV features. Designed with weather in mind – with an IP55[1] rating, the Terrace’s display boasts weather-resistant durability against water and dust, and comes fitted for easy installation outdoors across a variety of settings.

Moreover, The Terrace also has acquired high standards in water and dust resistance (IP551) so it performs well in various environments. The product boasts durability, while offering a slim and sleek design at a mere 59.8mm.

Outdoor Smart TV Built-in Experience

The Terrace offers various content and browsing experiences that deliver seamless entertainment even outdoors. The Terrace comes equipped with Tizen, Samsung’s Smart TV platform, which powers features such as Samsung TV Plus, a free linear TV video service with over 120 channels, Samsung Health, a comprehensive fitness and wellness platform as well as the leading subscription streaming services.

In addition to supporting mobile viewing capabilities like Multi View and Tap View, the Terrace also supports multiple voice services including Bixby, Amazon Alexa and the soon to launch Google Assistant, helping it fit naturally into the smart home ecosystem.
