The display will also be available in a choice of 65-, 75- and 85-inch models, and will offer the option of either portrait or landscape orientation. Neo QLED 8K Signage also features an Infinity One Design, seamlessly fitting into any business environment with its slim and minimalistic look.

Finally, as sales of EVs (electric vehicles) continue to increase significantly, demand for the installation of charging stations has been rapidly growing too. This outdoor signage features enhanced visibility, brightness greater than 3,500nits, and 24/7 performance ensuring crisp content at all times. Samsung’s 2021 Neo QLED comes with an all-new form of light source, Quantum Mini LED. A whole new display technology featuring thousands of LEDs that are much smaller than standard LED modules,² Quantum Mini LEDs reveal accurate and sophisticated image detailing while maintaining precise backlight control.

The secret behind the miniature size of Quantum Mini LEDs is Samsung’s proprietary micro layer technology that mounts micro layers inside the LED itself, as opposed to conventional technologies that pack layers on top of the LED, in order to eliminate unnatural noise among the LED elements and ensure deeper blacks can be displayed without blooming.

4,096 Levels of Lighting Control for Greater Bright-to-Dark Contrast – Quantum Matrix Technology

The 2021 Neo QLED lineup also incorporates Samsung’s proprietary Quantum Matrix Technology, which harnesses enhanced 12-bit gradation for greater control of the light source – the Quantum Mini LEDs. This allows the TV to control its lighting across an astounding 4,096 levels, four times greater than conventional 10-bit displays.³ This also creates even more possibilities to deliver the ultimate in contrast ratio management and deeper shades of black.

But that’s not all. With advanced local dimming control, 2021 Neo QLED lineup can efficiently manage power and improve peak brightness, making bright areas brighter and dark areas darker by harnessing unused electric power from dark areas and concentrating it to be used in bright areas. With 16 multi-modal neural networks running at once, the 2021 Neo QLED lineup delivers smooth and seamless 4K or 8K upscaling that meets the needs of the finest home theaters.

Samsung’s Neo Quantum Processor features AI-powered deep learning technologies that mimic the mechanism of human learning and memory, and the 2021 Neo QLED lineup sees a significant upgrade in this technology as the Neo Quantum Processor has grown from featuring one to 16 neural networks. Samsung will seek to decrease its overall carbon footprint across the TV manufacturing, packaging design and product power efficiency areas.

In 2021, Samsung TVs will come with a solar-powered remote control that can be recharged by indoor light, outdoor light or USB—a first-of-its-kind innovation for the brand. This will help prevent waste from a projected 99 million AA batteries over seven years.

The 2021 TV lines will also include the latest advances in technology and AI to give those with the hard of hearing, the deaf, people with low vision, and the blind the power to comfortably enjoy their TV experiences through new features that include Caption Moving, Sign Language Zoom, Multi-Output Audio and Voice Guide.

2. Hailing a New Era of Breathtaking Picture Quality and Design

In 2018, Samsung’s first MICRO LED display was introduced in the form of “The Wall”— a system of configurable modules that could be installed professionally. In December 2020, Samsung then announced the launch and pre-sale of the groundbreaking 110” Samsung MICRO LED in Korea.

Since launching in 2017, The Frame has redefined the concept of the television, transforming displays into stunning works of art – with over one million units sold. In 2021, The Frame will become 46% thinner and offer five color options and two different customizable styles—Modern and Beveled—to match the aesthetic of each and every room The Frame is placed in.
