Samsung TV Plus India, has expanded its content offering to 200 streaming TV channels, bringing more entertainment choices to millions of viewers across the country. As part of this expansion, Samsung TV Plus has partnered with NH Studioz to launch two new channels — Aashirwad TV and Thalaivar Hits — bringing timeless mythological stories and iconic Indian cinema to audiences nationwide. Samsung TV Plus India has also been recognised as the CTV Platform of the Year at the BCS Ratna wards, further underscoring its growing impact in India’s connected TV ecosystem.

With more than 100 million monthly active users globally, Samsung TV Plus is one of the world’s largest subscription-free streaming services that comes pre-installed on Samsung Smart TVs. In India, the platform continues to expand across entertainment, movies, news, sports and regional content viewing categories, offering users a wide range of premium content at no additional cost.

Aashirwad TV will offer a curated line up of timeless Hindi entertainment with mythological epics such as Ramayana, Shree Ganesha & Om Namah Shivaay. Tamil movie channel, Thalaivar Hits will showcase iconic movie legends Rajinikanth (affectionately known as “Thalaivar”) and Kamal Hasan with a collection of their cult classics and blockbuster hits, Kai Kodukkum and Thambikku Entha Ooru.
