By connecting to and managing home appliances, Ballie can provide a helping hand to users in many situations — continually learning from users’ patterns and habits to provide smarter, more personalized services.

Advanced concept package design for small portable projectors — named as ‘Sustainable Design & Communication, BOJAGI’ — was inspired by a traditional Korean tool called bojagi. The design was implemented using scrap fabric, and was designed to be able to package and sustainably be reused regardless of its shape.

Samsung Electronics’ 58 wins came across all design categories. In addition to the Gold Awards for the ‘Ballie’ and ‘BOJAGI’, Samsung received awards in the Product Design category for the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, an all-in-one washer and dryer; Galaxy Ring, a wearable device packed with Samsung’s powerful sensor technology and Galaxy AI capabilities to help users keep track of their health by simply wearing it on their finger; and the Neo QLED 8K, a TV that provides an immersive experience with the infinity air design.

The OLED TV (S95C) brings an ultra-slim thickness of 11mm, which minimizes the gap when installing the TV, thereby allowing it to be closely attached to the wall. This enhances the quality of the space while maximizing users’ immersive audio-visual experiences with the applied Dolby Atmos, which provides realistic, three-dimensional sound.

The Galaxy Z Flip5 Maison Margiela Edition packaging reflects Maison Margiela’s unfinished style by utilizing a distinct stitching pattern in the center of the flap. The whole body of the packaging resembles the type of archival sample box used in artisanal shops to store various fabric samples and threads. Additionally, the paper-based woven book cloth fabric covering the package’s exterior seamlessly blends the device with the haute couture aesthetic of Maison Margiela’s atelier.

75 Awards Ranging From TVs to Home Appliances to Smartphones

Samsung Electronics’ 75 wins came across all design categories. In addition to the Gold Awards for the OLED TV (S95C) and Galaxy Z Flip5 Maison Margiela Edition’s packaging, Samsung received awards in the Product Design category for the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, an all-in-one washer and dryer; Music Frame, a customizable wireless speaker designed to seamlessly blend into its surroundings; and the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5, foldable smartphones that use a new form factor to maximize the user experience with a larger cover display.

Other products and services that were recognized for design excellence include Samsung Now+, Q Symphony and the Design Samsung Website. Samsung Now+ displays useful information such as the weather or a live home security camera feed without the TV even being turned on; Q Symphony maximizes immersive experiences by using AI sound technology to analyze consumers’ viewing spaces; and the newest version of the Design Samsung Website has an enhanced mobile experience and user-friendly interface.

The new line-up of 40 models, aesthetically designed and priced to suit every home, comes with attractive floral patterns and premium strip design. Samsung has also expanded its copper condenser range to 32 models to match customer demand across the country, in each tonnage and star rating segment.

Customers opting for Wind-Free 2.0 Series will get an express installation service wherein the AC installation will be done within 4 hours from time of delivery.

WIND-FREE 2.0 SERIES

Samsung’s Wind-Free 2.0 system uses 23,000 micro-holes to gently spread air evenly throughout the room, maintaining a comfortable level of coolness without any draft. Once the desired temperature is reached, the system disperses fresh air uniformly. The design has been upgraded to rectangular from the previous triangle design and with this change the micro-holes have been increased to 23,000 from 21,000 in the previous version.

The Wind-Free 2.0 enables users to control their ACs using the Smart Home App through Wi-Fi. The ACs allow the user to remotely control the functions and schedule operations along with live feedback. Users can also monitor and limit power usage as per their needs. The latest Wind-Free ACs are equipped with Motion Detect sensors (MDS) and automatically go into an energy saving mode if it does not detect any human presence for 60 minutes. Another option which users get through this feature is to choose the wind direction.

The product comes with 10 years of warranty on the compressor and features an energy-efficient Digital Inverter, which can maintain the desired temperature without frequently shutting off and on, thus consuming less energy. With the Wind-Free 2.0 the Energy Saving Mode helps conserve up to 77% energy as compared to the Fast Cooling Mode.

The Samsung Wind-Free ACs come with Easy Filter that eliminate dust, contaminants, allergens, bacteria and viruses. The new series is also equipped with R32, eco-friendly refrigerant that efficiently transfers heat and has a lower environmental impact while ensuring substantial drop in electricity consumption.

TRIPLE INVERTER SERIES

The Samsung Triple Inverter Series comes with plethora of features along with host of benefits across models. The range comes with a convertible mode as an option where customer can convert its 2 Ton AC to 1.5 Ton, 1.5 Ton to 1 Ton and 1 Ton AC to 0.8T. The Convertible Mode uses less compressor capacity, thereby reducing power consumption. The Triple Inverter Series models are powered with World’s First 8-Pole Inverter Technology which helps in energy saving and has immensely low vibration while in operation.
