This week’s dish is a great appetizer, your healthy go-to snack for evening hunger pangs and sometimes can be the light dinner you have been craving for. The dish is primarily a Gujarati snack but is popular across the country. No prizes for guessing! It’s the amazing <em>Dhokla</em>&#8212;a nutritious snack that can easily be made in your Samsung microwave. All you need are these ingredients and you are all set!</p>

<p>Gram Flour- 200gms</p>
<p>Warm Water- 75ml</p>
<p>Curd- 3 tablespoons</p>
<p>Green Chilli and Ginger Paste- 1 1/2 teaspoons</p>
<p>Fruit Salt- 1 1/2 teaspoons</p>
<p>Yellow colour- A Pinch</p>
<p>Salt- As per taste</p>
<p>Sugar- As per taste</p>

<h3><strong>Cooking Method:</strong></h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a microwave safe bowl and great it with a little oil</li>
<li>In a separate bowl, mix the gram flour, curd, ginger-chilli paste and water</li>
<li>Add the salt, sugar, fruit salt and dash of yellow colour and mix well</li>
<li>Pour the mixture in a greased dish. Placed it in Samsung Smart Oven and let it cook</li>
<li>After the beep, the Dhokla is ready. Cut it into pieces. Garnish with coconut and coriander and serve with chutney</li>

This week, we bring you a riot of flavours with Tandoori Sabzi – mixed vegetables cooked in classic tandoori style. With just a few simple steps, you can cook this easy and flavoursome dish at home, and revel in the goodness of deliciously crunchy veggies.</p>

<h3>Cooking Time: 35 minutes | Serving: 500-550 grams</h3>
<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<p>Mix vegetables (Ladies finger, Cauliflower, Brinjals, Mushroom, Potato, Paneer Cubes): 0.5 kg (cut into medium-size pieces)<br />
Onion paste: As required<br />
Ginger Garlic Paste: As required<br />
Tomato Puree: As required<br />
Red Chilli Powder: As per your taste<br />
Turmeric Powder: As per your taste<br />
Garam Masala: As per your taste<br />
Salt: As per your taste<br />
Oil: 3-4 Tablespoon<br />
Coriander for garnishing: As per your taste</p>

<h3>Cooking Method</h3>
<p>1. Press the Hot Blast Auto button.<br />
2. Select the type of food that you are cooking by turning the Multi Function Selector Dial.<br />
3. In microwave safe glass bowl take oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, vegetables, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and tomato puree. Mix well.<br />
4. Put them in microwave oven and press START/+30s button.<br />
5. After the first beep, take the mixture out and transfer it to the crusty plate, spread evenly.<br />
6. Place the crusty plate on the high rack. Put it in the microwave oven and press START/+30s button again.<br />
7. After the second beep, turn the food over and press START/+30s button.<br />
8. Once cooked, serve hot with tandoori naan.</p>

And that&#8217;s why we will make Roasted prawns in our own Samsung microwave. Served best with mint sauce, this dish can be served as an appetizer or a side dish with your main course.</p>

<p>Prawns: 500 grams</p>
<p>Chopped Onions: 2</p>
<p>Chopped tomatoes: 2</p>
<p>Oil: 2 tablespoon</p>
<p>Red Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon</p>
<p>Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Garam Masala: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Chopped curry leaves: 2 tablespoon</p>

<h3><strong>Cooking Method:</strong></h3>
<ol>
<li>Press the Hot Blast Auto button</li>
<li>Select the type of food that you are cooking by turning the Multi Function Selector Dial</li>
<li>Now take a microwave safe glass bowl and add chopped tomatoes, onions, turmeric powder, oil, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well.</li>
<li>Put it in the microwave and turn on the Microwave mode for 8 minutes.</li>
<li>After cooking, keep aside.</li>
<li>Select autocook program and put the crusty plate on high rack in the microwave oven.</li>
<li>Press START/+30s. At this stage, the Display shows &#8216;preheat&#8217;.</li>
<li>Once the microwave beeps, take out the crusty plate.</li>
<li>Add prawns and all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well.</li>
<li>Spread the prawns on the crusty plate and press START/+30s.</li>
<li>Once the prawns cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.</li>

<p>Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon</p>

<li>Chop a few vegetables as per your choice.</li>
<li>Cut tofu in square shapes.</li>

<li>Next add garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and mix herbs to the bowl and let it marinate for at least half an hour.</li>
<li>Select an autocook program and put the crusty plate on the high rack in the microwave</li>
<li>Press START/+30s button. Display shows a ‘preheat’ at this step.</li>
<li>When the microwave beeps, take out the crusty plate and gently put the marinated vegetables and tofu on it.</li>
<li>Now put the crusty plate back on the high rack and press START/+30s</li>
<li>Once the microwave beeps put the tikka on a skewer or on a plate and serve hot</li>

<p>A modern version of the classic sandwich wraps, today’s recipe is healthy, tasty and easy on your tummy. We like to call it comfort but it is popularly known as Vegetable wraps to the world. An absolute delight to eat and loved by all. Making vegetable wraps is an easy-peasy affair with <a href="https://www.samsung.com/in/microwave-ovens/all-microwave-ovens/">Samsung microwave</a> by your side.</p>

<h3><span style="color: #000080;">Cooking Time: 12 minutes | Serving: 1 person</span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #000080;">Ingredients:</span></h3>
<p>Capsicum: 1 sliced<br />
Onion: 1 sliced<br />
Ginger paste: ¼ teaspoon<br />
Cabbage: ¼ cup (shredded)<br />
Grated carrot: ¼ cup<br />
Boiled peas: ¼ cup<br />
Tomatoes: ¼ cup (chopped)<br />
Tomato ketchup: 1 teaspoon<br />
Chaat masala: ¼ teaspoon<br />
Garam Masala: ¼ teaspoon<br />
Kasoori methi: ¼ teaspoon<br />
Butter or oil: 1 teaspoon<br />
Tortilla or chappatis: 4<br />
Milk: 500 ml<br />
Coffee: 2 teaspoon<br />
Sugar: To taste</p>

<h3><span style="color: #000080;">Cooking Method:</span></h3>
<p>1. Put all vegetables, oil, sakt, kasoori methi, chaat masala, garam masala, tomato ketchup and mix them well in a microwave safe bowl and keep aside<br />
2. Put, milk, sugar and coffee in a second microwave safe bowl<br />
3. Put all bowls in the microwave and press START/+30s button<br />
4. When the microwave beeps, stir the food in both bowls. Close the door and press START/=30s button<br />
5. Once cooked, divide the vegetables in the bowl in four equal portions<br />
6. Take the tortillas and put each portion of vegetables in each of them. Fold them from both sides<br />
7. Now serve the wrap with hot coffee</p>

<p>A popular Southern Indian dish, this recipe is a breezy affair. All you need is a batter, vegetables and your Samsung microwave and voila! Vegetable Idlis are ready to serve.</p>

<p>Semolina: 100 grams</p>
<p>Curd: 200 grams</p>
<p>Capsicum: ¼ cup</p>
<p>Onion: ¼ cup</p>
<p>Tomatoes: ¼ cup</p>
<p>Curry leaves: 3 to 4</p>
<p>Mustard Seeds: ½ teaspoon</p>
<p>Oil: 2 teaspoon</p>
<p>Water: 2 teaspoon</p>
<p>Salt: As required</p>

<li>Finely chop all vegetables and put them in a microwave safe glass bowl.</li>
<li>Now add Semolina, curd and salt to the chopped vegetables and mix well.</li>
<li>Add a little water to ensure the batter has the perfect consistency.</li>
<li>Grease the molds with oil and pour batter carefully.</li>
<li>Pour ½ cup water in rice container and place the idli stand in it.</li>
<li>Press START and let the idlis cook. Once microwave beeps, serve hot with your choice of chutney</li>
