Samsung, India’s largest consumer electronics brand, has unveiled a state-of-the-art Business Experience Studio (BES) on the 28th Floor of Oberoi Commerz-II, International Business Park, Goregaon East, Mumbai.

This future-focused space showcases seamless interoperability between cutting-edge Samsung devices to offer a wide range of integrated business solutions to B2B partners. The 6,500-square-foot showroom is designed to assist businesses in exploring, planning and innovating across a wide range of commercial landscapes. BES, Mumbai joins Samsung’s sprawling Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) in Gurugram, which showcases the company’s innovative products and B2B solutions.

The BES, Mumbai offers clients across sectors, including startups, schools, hotels, hospitals and banks, a curated walkthrough experience through zones that display real-world scenarios, enabling them to drive digital transformation across evolving business environments.

In Zone 1, for instance, visitors will find themselves immersed in intelligent solutions tailored for industry verticals such as Education, Retail & Finance and Healthcare. Smart classrooms and campus solutions feature Samsung’s next-generation interactive displays, tablets, and digital notice boards—all operating in sync—while innovations in digital advertising solutions, soft POS systems, intelligent air quality management systems, and advanced diagnostic equipment power solutions in the retail & finance and healthcare sections.

Unified Solutions is the theme of Zone 2, where Samsung Smart Things Pro demonstrates the future of meeting rooms and hotel rooms with connected AI-powered systems, while Samsung’s revolutionary display, The Wall creates screening solutions for a myriad of scenarios across automotive, government, hospitality and corporate.

Similarly, in Zone 3 of the BES, Mumbai, customers will discover solutions featuring Samsung products, including microwave, side-by-side refrigerators, TVs, ACs, front load washing machines, addressing the needs of businesses functioning in the realms of co-living and startups, along with display of System ACs for commercial spaces. And for clients looking for smart home solutions, Zone 4 impresses with its display of scenarios simulating connected bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms, while immersive gaming and home cinema zones featuring the latest innovations do not fail to surprise the most demanding tech enthusiasts.

From the dynamic classrooms of Pune to the imaginative spaces of Kolhapur and the inquisitive minds of Vadodara, the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow roadshows have sparked a surge of creativity and purpose across Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Launched on April 29, 2025, Samsung Solve for Tomorrow is a pan-India competition that empowers students with tools, mentorship, and resources to address real-world challenges through technology. With guidance from Samsung leaders, IIT Delhi faculty, and support for prototyping, the programme awards INR 1 crore to the top four teams. However, its true essence lies in motivating young minds to dream ambitiously and act decisively.

Recent roadshows at DPS School and Munsukhbhai Kothari School in Pune, SPSMBH College of Architecture and NIT Sabhagruh in Kolhapur, and New Era School and Anand Vidya Vihar School in Vadodara highlighted the programme’s transformative influence.

In Pune, Aakash, a class 11 student, arrived with a vague concept but left with a clear vision for sustainable packaging. “Samsung Solve for Tomorrow showed me I can turn this idea into reality,” he expressed.

In Vadodara, Rohan from Anand Vidya Vihar designed wireframes for a mobile app aimed at making education accessible for remote learners. “I want to ensure children like my cousin aren’t left behind,” he shared.

In Kolhapur, architecture student Ishan found inspiration in leveraging technology to revive local crafts. “It’s about connecting the past with the future,” he explained.

Throughout the sessions, students proposed innovative solutions — from smart agriculture tools to mental health platforms and affordable solar innovations. What united them was a shared commitment to driving change and a belief in their potential.

“These ideas are driven by empathy,” remarked a teacher at the Pune event. “They’re creating solutions to help others, not for recognition.”

The roadshows introduced design thinking, encouraging students to question, empathise, define, and prototype. It was about understanding the ‘why’ behind the ‘what.’

As Samsung Solve for Tomorrow continues to grow, its impact is evident: it’s not just fostering innovation but shaping a future where classroom ideas can transform the world.

India is a country of ethnic diversity with many deep-rooted cultures, vibrant colours, rich heritage and fascinating stories. Indian folk art depicts all this and much more.

As a part of the ‘India on Frame’ initiative to revive appreciation of various Indian art forms, Samsung has introduced Gond art from the tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh to its lifestyle television The Frame, which is a TV when it’s on and art when it’s off.

Created with articulately drawn lines and dots in vibrant colors, Gond painting is a famous folk art of the Gond tribal community of central India. Blended with mystery, pattern, blend of colours and humour, this tribal art form is practiced by one of the largest tribes in India – the Gond – who are predominantly from Madhya Pradesh, but can also be found in pockets of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha. The history of the Gond people dates nearly 1400 years.

This initiative is in collaboration with Floating Canvas Company.
