Launched on the Samsung Members platform, the initiative invited users to share their personal Holi stories and photographs around a simple yet powerful idea — “Every colour tells a story. What’s yours?”

And the response was nothing short of colourful.

From playful gulal-filled moments with friends to heartfelt celebrations with family, Samsung Members from across India filled the platform with vivid snapshots of their festivities. Each image captured a different shade of the festival — joy, nostalgia, laughter, friendship and togetherness.

For the very first time, Samsung Members Connect went virtual—and what a success it was! On 25th June 2025, thousands of Galaxy users from every corner of India joined in from the comfort of their homes to be part of an experience that brought the best of Galaxy right to their screens.

In response to the growing requests from Members across India, Samsung reimagined its flagship community engagement event—breaking geographical barriers and creating an inclusive platform where anyone with a Galaxy device could participate.

The result? A dynamic, content-rich experience that immersed participants in the latest innovations across Galaxy AI, the Galaxy Ecosystem, Samsung Wallet, Samsung Health, SmartThings, and more.

Samsung Members Connect has always been about celebrating the people who use and shape Samsung’s innovations and technology. This year, Samsung opened the experience to every Galaxy user in India, no matter where they are. The overwhelming participation and love the event received reaffirm Samsung’s belief in the power of community and innovation.

The camera deep-dive, always a crowd favorite, gave Members valuable tips on unlocking the pro-level capabilities of their Galaxy cameras—turning everyday users into creators.

What truly set this event apart was the energy and enthusiasm of the Galaxy community.  Interactive Q&A sessions kept the engagement high throughout the day. Lucky draws, exclusive giveaways, and surprise shoutouts added moments of delight and joy.

Several Members shared how being part of this virtual event made them feel seen, heard, and connected—especially those attending a Samsung event for the first time.

“This year, Samsung Members Connect was an incredible experience. It was my deep dive into innovation, smart living and the ever-evolving Galaxy Ecosystem – I walked away inspired and informed,” said Yash Agarwal, a Samsung Member.

The beta program will be available for Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 in India, Korea, the U.K. and the U.S. starting from March 6, rolling out to more devices within the month¹ including Galaxy S23 series, Tab S10 series and A55. A new and revolutionised way of communication has been unleashed with the launch of Galaxy Z series. With Galaxy AI, Samsung is making it much easier, more natural and more enjoyable than ever before to experience the world.

To gain a deeper understanding of this revolution and to unlock new possibilities for everyone, Samsung R&D Institute India, Noida hosted the second Samsung Members Connect event of the year, making mobile AI more accessible.

Galaxy enthusiasts from across the country converged at Noida’s top tech centre. With 2K registrations and 74 chosen participants, the gathering provided an opportunity to explore the capabilities of Galaxy AI using the Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Watch7.

Samsung Members is a peer-driven community aimed at enhancing the experiences of Galaxy users, providing a platform for them to share insights, engage with other like-minded users, and to indulge in a variety of perks. Samsung Members Connect offers these Samsung enthusiasts a chance to engage with one another and deepen their knowledge about new products and features, with a special focus this time on the Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Watch7.

“It’s completely amazing experience over here. I get to know a lot of members and I get to experience many features, with real time demos and lots of exciting things and activities happening”, said Samsung Member Rohit Gadher.

“It’s a great experience. I get to know so much about the new devices that are coming in and all the AI features they come with”, said Samsung Member Sahil Yadav.

At the event, members had the opportunity to interact directly with the brilliant minds behind Samsung’s renowned Galaxy AI ecosystem. Engineers provided in-depth explanations of these innovations, highlighting the details in the most subtle way.

The one-day event featured a series of insightful sessions covering topics around Health & Wellness, Productivity & Communication, Creative Camera Experience and included Photography Workshop, as requested by many members in the last few events.

One of the Samsung Stars, Yash Agarwal, also shared his journey and experience with Samsung.

“I see all the members were really excited to see how Galaxy AI is incorporated in Samsung Health. Be it wellness feature or energy score feature, they were really excited to see those”, said Pulkit Kapoor from Health team at SRI-Noida.

“Sessions have been extremely engaging and we could feel that the users were really enjoying themselves. We personally felt that we are going in the right direction once the users started interacting with the features”, said Anshul Subramanian from Camera team at SRI-Noida.

In addition to the tech sessions, the event included engaging activities, quizzes, feedback session and a cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate its success.

Attendees were also given goodie bags, and lucky members had the chance to win special prizes through a lucky draw.

With a 97% positive feedback rate, the event was a resounding success and a heartfelt expression of appreciation from Samsung Members.

Samsung Electronics extended an invitation to 50 Samsung Members Stars from 18 countries around the world to attend a Samsung Members Connect event on July 10 (local time) in Paris, France.

Also known as Members, Samsung Members Stars are the most active users who engage in the global community on Samsung Members — a Galaxy app that provides users with the latest news, tips and support related to Samsung products, as well as a community to interact with other users.

The exclusive event featured a wide selection of programs including visits to Galaxy Unpacked 2024, new product experiences and a council session to give Members the opportunity to connect with Galaxy and its products. Samsung Newsroom highlighted some of the most memorable moments from the Samsung Members Connect event.

Members Workshop: Galaxy Tips by Members, for Members

The event opened with the Members Workshop — where Members shared their unique personal experiences, provided helpful insights from their respective cultures and interacted with other Samsung Members. The workshop proved to be an invaluable opportunity for Members from diverse cultural and social backgrounds to learn from and be inspired by one other. As result, many strengthened their connection with Galaxy as die-hard Galaxy Fans.

Endless Possibilities of Galaxy AI in a Foldable

Members were excited to attend the highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked 2024 showcase, arguably the highlight of the three-day event and clearly the moment that everyone had been waiting for.

“Galaxy Unpacked 2024 exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled to view the new Galaxy products from the Louvre, an iconic landmark,” said Micaela Morena, a Members from Argentina. “The combination of the Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Z Fold6 and the new Galaxy AI features represent a significant advancement never seen before. I can’t wait to experience how all these revolutionary applications inspire my daily life!”

Hon Pak, SVP and Head of Digital Health Team, MX Business at Samsung Electronics, delivered a presentation on the Galaxy Health Ecosystem following the launch. During the session, he explained that Galaxy AI has been broadly applied across the Galaxy ecosystem to include the new foldables and wearables. The Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Ring provide users with personalized health insights by monitoring various health metrics in close detail.

“I was impressed to see all the health metrics on the Galaxy Watch Ultra,” said Kevin Rombold, a Members from Germany. “My favorite feature was the Energy Score which helped me monitor my energy levels. I can see myself using this every day to build healthier habits!”

An Epic Tour of Paris With Galaxy AI

On the final day of the event, Members were treated to an epic tour of Paris which included an exploration of the city’s historic art and culture with the new Galaxy products. Starting from a museum, the Members explored Saint-Germain, Marais and other neighborhoods to take in France’s remarkable capital.

Members of various nationalities were able to communicate seamlessly in their own language by using Live Translate. With Auto Zoom, FlexCam automatically recognized subjects and took the best photos — helpings Members create memories in Paris.

Members received the Mission Excellence Award and shared a final farewell at a gala dinner that marked the end of the three-day tour.

The Samsung Members Connect event offered a preview of the impact that foldables and wearables equipped with Galaxy AI will have on users’ lives, health and other aspects of their daily routines. Galaxy engaged with Members on a global scale through various programs designed to strengthen the connection between Galaxy and its users. Samsung hopes that the advancements in Galaxy AI will continue to enhance the lives of Members and all Galaxy users.

Creating an exciting space for gamers, Samsung opened the doors of its Galaxy A Series Launch and Gaming events exclusively to Samsung Members via in-app registrations. The response from gamers was nothing short of astounding, with over 1500 registrations flooding in and over 120 confirmations for event attendance within just one week.

Spanning across three vibrant cities, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore, the events hosted a thrilling #AwesomeCup gaming tournament, featuring the popular game, Battleground Mobile India. Over 60 eager members and Galaxy gamers enthusiastically participated, igniting the competitive spirit in the air.

What made this event truly remarkable was the unexpected outcome. In two out of the three cities, Samsung Members emerged victorious, clinching the coveted #AwesomeCup trophy after five intense rounds, even surpassing seasoned pro and Galaxy gamers. This triumph not only underscored their gaming prowess but also highlighted the power of community-driven initiatives.

One such triumphant Samsung Member shared their heartfelt journey, expressing gratitude towards Samsung for the transformative experience. “It was my first-ever gaming event, and I’m thankful to Samsung for giving me an opportunity to explore myself as a gamer. It was a totally different experience for me, transitioning from being behind the stage for most of my life to stepping onto such a prestigious platform. Having that experience means a lot to me,” said Samsung Member VampireX.

This success story exemplifies Samsung’s commitment to empowering its community members, providing them with opportunities to showcase their talents and passions. Through inclusive events like the Galaxy A Series Gaming and Launch, Samsung continues to champion innovation, creativity, and the boundless potential of its members.

Darshan and Karan were joined by 48 other members who got to spend three nights and four days in San Jose where the event offered exclusive access to Galaxy Unpacked 2024, in-depth learning sessions and hands-on experiences with the Galaxy S24 series.

50 passionate Samsung Members Stars witnessed the dawn of the new mobile AI era and had several exciting activities spread over four days which allowed them to not just explore the Galaxy ecosystem but also the city of San Jose.

For both young Samsung Members, it was nothing short of an adventure & one of the most important events of their life as they experienced the biggest Samsung Unpacked event of their life.

“Being in San Jose for Samsung Unpacked 2024 was historic because I got to witness Samsung introducing the Galaxy AI. The whole world was waiting for this moment, and I got to be a part of it, it still feels surreal. I am never going to forget that I had goosebumps while I was there,” said Karan.

Samsung Members experienced how Galaxy AI could transform the lifestyles of millions.  The highlight of the event was the first-ever unveiling of the Galaxy S24 series at Galaxy Unpacked 2024.
