<p>So, wear your apron and keep your boning knives ready as you prepare to surprise your loved ones with the tantalizing Masala fish cooked in your own Samsung Smart Oven.</p>

<h3><span style="color: #000080;">Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Serving: 350 grams – 400 grams </span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #000080;">Ingredients</span></h3>
<p>Fish fillets (washed and cleaned):  500 grams<br />
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon<br />
Black salt: 1 pinch<br />
Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon<br />
Dried Mango powder (Amchur): ½ teaspoon<br />
Salt: 1 ½ teaspoon<br />
Flour: 1 tablespoon<br />
Eggs: 1<br />
Red food colour: 3 to 4 drops<br />
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon<br />
Cardamom: 2<br />
Orega (Ajwain): 1 pinch<br />
Red chillies: 2<br />
Oil: 3 tablespoon</p>

<h3><span style="color: #000080;">Cooking Method:</span></h3>
<p>1. Rub the fish pieces with lime juice<br />
2. Place the fish in a bowl and add turmeric powder, amchur, black salt and mix the pieces well.<br />
3. Let the fish marinate for 20 minutes<br />
4. In a separate bowl, combine eggs and flour and coat the marinated fish in it.<br />
5. Add a few drops of food color and mix it well.<br />
6. Grease the crusty plate and place the fish pieces on it<br />
7. Brush the pieces with oil. Now place the crusty plate on high rack and grill them for 15 minutes.<br />
8. Garnish and serve hot.</p>

Sugar: 1 teaspoon<br />
Pepper: ¼ teaspoon<br />
Soya sauce: ½ teaspoon<br />
Tomato ketchup: 1 tablespoon<br />
White vinegar: 1 tablespoon<br />
Corn flour:  4 tablespoon<br />
Salt: As required</p>

<span style="color: #000080;">Ingredients:</span></h3>
<p>Refined flour: 100 grams<br />
Powder sugar: 100 grams<br />
Ghee: 100 grams<br />
Semolina: 100 grams<br />
Nutmeg powder: ½ teaspoon<br />
Cardamom powder: ½ teaspoon<br />
Fresh curd: 1 teaspoon<br />
Soda Bicarbonate:  ¼ teaspoon<br />
Saffron: ¼ teaspoon<br />
Milk: 1 teaspoon</p>

<p>1. Sieve the flour<br />
2. Cream the ghee and sugar very well until light and creamy<br />
3. Add the cardamom and nutmeg powder and mix it again<br />
4. Dissolve the saffron in 1 teaspoon of milk<br />
5. Add the curd, soda bicarbonate and prepared saffron<br />
6. Mix well<br />
7. Add the flour and semolina and knead well<br />
8. Make a small round<br />
9. Select an autocook program and put the crusty plate on the high-rack in the microwave oven<br />
10. Press START/+30s button. Display shows  ‘preheat’ at this step<br />
11. When the microwave beeps, take out the crusty plate<br />
12. Put mixtures on the crusty plate on the low-rack<br />
13. Put them in microwave oven and press START/+30s button<br />
14. Once cooked, cool the biscuits<br />
15. Serve them.</p>

<li>In a microwave safe bowl, add rice and water</li>

<li>Put them in a microwave oven and press START/+30s button. In the third microwave safe bowl, add sesame oil, onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, black pepper, mixed vegetables, salt , chilli powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce and keep aside.</li>
<li>When the first beep happens, take the rice bowl out and keep the vegetable bowl in microwave</li>
<li>Press START/+30s button again.</li>
<li>Drain the water from rice.</li>
<li>When the second beep happens, take out the vegetable bowl and stir the curry in the bowl</li>
<li>Mix the vegetables with the rice and keep the bowl in microwave</li>
<li>Press START/+30s button</li>
<li>After cooking, take out and serve hot</li>

<p>1. Beat yogurt, ginger-garlic, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt<br />
2. Marinate chicken in this mixture for an hour<br />

4. In a microwave safe bowl, mix the marinated chicken, oil and cook<br />
5. When the microwave beeps, add cashew nut powder and garam masala. Press start<br />

Made with roasted eggplant and sattu (roasted and grinded gram). The cherry on the top is that the dish is healthy and keeps your tummy cool.</p>

<p>Refined Flour: 1 ½ cups</p>
<p>Yogurt: 1 cup</p>
<p>Salt: as per your taste</p>

<p>Sattu: 1 cup</p>
<p>Ginger: 1 inch piece</p>
<p>Garlic chopped: 1 inch piece</p>
<p>Cloves: 4</p>
<p>Green chillies chopped: 2</p>
<p>Fresh coriander leaves (chopped): ½ cup</p>
<p>Carom seeds: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Onion seeds: ½ teaspoon</p>
<p>Salt: as per your taste</p>
<p>Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon</p>

<p>Potatoes: 4 medium (boiled and mashed)</p>
<p>Brinjal: 1 medium (boiled and mashed)</p>
<p>Coriander seeds: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Dried red chillies: 2</p>
<p>Garlic crushed: 3-4 cloves</p>
<p>Green chillies chopped: 3-4</p>
<p>Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Dry mango powder: 1 teaspoon</p>
<p>Salt: as per your taste</p>

<h3><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>Cooking method:</strong></span></h3>
<ol>
<li>Add salt and yogurt to the refined flour and knead into a soft dough</li>
<li>Rest the dough for some time</li>
<li>For the filling, mix sattu with ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, carom seeds, onion seeds, salt, lemon juice and a little water</li>
<li>Divide the dough into lemon sized balls and spread them into small <em>puris</em> with your fingers</li>
<li>Place a portion of the filling mixture and once again roll into balls</li>
<li>Add boiled potatoes, brinjal, red chillies, garlic, onions, green chillies, crushed coriander seeds, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, salt and mix well</li>
<li>Apply some oil with brush on a crusty plate and pace 7 littis on one side add chokha on the other side of the plate and brush with oil and press start button</li>
<li>When MWO beeps second time, take out the <em>chokha</em> and press start button again</li>
<li>When MWO beep second time, take out the <em>chokha</em> and press start button again</li>
<li>When beep, take out the <em>litti</em> and dip them into <em>ghee</em> and serve hot with <em>chokha</em></li>
