<p>Weekend is here, and so is our latest Samsung microwave recipe that promises a bounty of health and taste. This week, we bring you a riot of flavours with Tandoori Sabzi – mixed vegetables cooked in classic tandoori style. With just a few simple steps, you can cook this easy and flavoursome dish at home, and revel in the goodness of deliciously crunchy veggies.</p>

<h3>Cooking Time: 35 minutes | Serving: 500-550 grams</h3>
<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<p>Mix vegetables (Ladies finger, Cauliflower, Brinjals, Mushroom, Potato, Paneer Cubes): 0.5 kg (cut into medium-size pieces)<br />
Onion paste: As required<br />
Ginger Garlic Paste: As required<br />
Tomato Puree: As required<br />
Red Chilli Powder: As per your taste<br />
Turmeric Powder: As per your taste<br />
Garam Masala: As per your taste<br />
Salt: As per your taste<br />
Oil: 3-4 Tablespoon<br />
Coriander for garnishing: As per your taste</p>

<h3>Cooking Method</h3>
<p>1. Press the Hot Blast Auto button.<br />
2. Select the type of food that you are cooking by turning the Multi Function Selector Dial.<br />
3. In microwave safe glass bowl take oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, vegetables, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and tomato puree. Mix well.<br />
4. Put them in microwave oven and press START/+30s button.<br />
5. After the first beep, take the mixture out and transfer it to the crusty plate, spread evenly.<br />
6. Place the crusty plate on the high rack. Put it in the microwave oven and press START/+30s button again.<br />
7. After the second beep, turn the food over and press START/+30s button.<br />
8. Once cooked, serve hot with tandoori naan.</p>
