Olympic Dreams Come True for Local Girls Hockey Team

The North Shore Raven's Girls Hockey Team and a team of Samsung Mobile Explorers practice their cheers at Samsung OR@S, February 13, 2010 before they leave to watch Hayley at Canada Hockey Place.

(Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., the Worldwide Olympic Partner for Wireless Communications Equipment, welcomed the local North Shore Ravens Bantam Girls Hockey Team to the Olympic Rendezvous @ Samsung (OR@S) pavilion on February 13th for a day that Olympic dreams are made of. The girls were selected through the contest, Hooray for Hayley, a Samsung initiative that brings kids together at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games through the chance to watch their hockey hero, Hayley Wickenheiser, a three-time Olympic medalist, Canadian Women’s Ice Hockey captain, and member of Team Samsung.)
