Samsung Semiconductor Site Awarded Highest Level Global Certification for Water Resource Management

Samsung Electronics, a world leader in advanced semiconductor technology, today announced that its Hwaseong Campus has been awarded an Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) International Water Stewardship Standard certification of the highest level: Platinum. Samsung Electronics is the first company in the world to receive a series of international certifications for its water-resource management capabilities. This also marks the first time a Korean company has achieved Platinum certification.
