Grace “Sunny” Choi found her love for movement early on as a gymnast before injuries forced her to stop competing. She soon found a passion for breaking — balancing her love of dance with a successful corporate career. And in anything she does, Sunny wants to be the best. When breaking was announced as an Olympic sport for Paris 2024, Sunny forged a new path, breaking every limit along the way. She left her job and moved to New York City, the birth of breaking, to chase her Olympic dream. Soon, she became the first-ever U.S. b-girl to qualify for the Olympic Games.

Sunny’s openness to change helped make her dream a reality. As risky as it may have been, she followed her passion, opened herself to new possibilities and didn’t let anything stand in her way. Breaking is a sport built on self-expression, creativity and community. And it defies limits and expectations, just like Sunny.

On the Road to Paris 2024, as she gets set to represent Team USA at the first-ever Olympic breaking competition in Paris, Sunny is staying open to every possibility, bringing joy to the sport and her journey, and working to inspire others to break limits for themselves.

French sport climber and Team Samsung Galaxy member Mejdi Schalck started climbing on anything he could get his hands on since the age of five. Little did he know then that he would soon be competing at the Olympics.

He started out watching his heroes on social media, who inspired him to compete with them one day. As intimidating as it was, he never set limits for himself and that’s what got him to where he is today, on the Road to Paris 2024.

Mejdi quickly realized that climbing is like anything else in life: there are no ceilings and it’s full of possibilities. Anyone can make it to the top if they stay open to the infinite paths in front of them. He also believes people should always stay open to sharing and learning from others, even those they might be competing with.

Now, Mejdi wants to inspire everyone to always keep an open mind and never set limits for themselves.

When German para-sprinter Johannes Floors was fitted with his first pair of running prosthetics at the age of 18, it was the first time he’d run since his amputation at 16. This new beginning was a blank canvas that opened up new possibilities and allowed him to first experience something he hadn’t realized was missing for the first sixteen years of his life.

Although curiosity and determination drove Johannes to master the basics, it’s meticulously engineered training, discipline and his desire to create an impact that has made him into the world-class para-sprinter he is today.

Now, Johannes wants to help change perceptions of prosthetics, drive discussion across the Paralympic community and beyond, and help keep the next generation on track, while he navigates the road ahead.
