On July 26, Samsung carried out, the much-anticipated global reveal of the latest Galaxy devices – the Galaxy Z Flip5, Z Fold5, the Watch6 series and the Galaxy Tab S9 series, then the opening of a Flip Side Market in Seongsu and Busan – showcasing all the devices in all its glory.

It’s no secret that more and more people are loving these cool releases and among the newest members of #TeamGalaxy are your favorite Filipino (and international) celebs. Here’s a quick rundown of what they had to say at this year’s Unpacked in Seoul!

Catriona Gray

At the top of the list is Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray who shared her excitement about Samsung’s Unpacked on her Instagram story. She might not have been able to join the event in Seoul, the beauty queen has definitely joined the Flip Side, as she shared in her feed.

AC Bonifacio

The Filipina dance princess attended the star-studded Samsung Unpacked event in Seoul and couldn’t contain her excitement about joining this landmark event. She is definitely thrilled with her new Galaxy Z Flip5 mint and even stated in one of her livestreams that it is her soulmate – goes to show how much you can express yourself using the new foldable!

Patricia’s followers were in for a treat during her stay in South Korea with her generous wave of stories and posts about her fun creative adventures during Unpacked such as visiting the FlipSide Market in Seongsu, a fashion show, and ticking off an item in f her bucket list: a dance workshop with 1MILLION in the 1MILLION studio!

Upon returning to the Philippines, the #TeamGalaxy member still can’t get over her Samsung trip and posted photos of her experience:

The duo could be seen having the best day in South Korea especially when they reached the Flip Side store in Seongsu where they had an exclusive preview of the latest devices in the Galaxy Ecosystem. Wil posted a series of stories spazzing about all the devices – saying that it is the most elegant and snazzy ones he’d seen!

“We are here at Samsung Unpacked in Korea and this is like the Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory of tech. It’s beautiful, look at all the stuff.”

Global pop music artist BTS is at the forefront of the music scene — and, through a global takeover at Galaxy Unpacked 2022, the group had the opportunity to sweep the world once again.

By scanning the billboard QR code in Times Square, Galaxy users’ smartphones automatically started playing BTS music in sync with the big screen

At this year’s Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung Electronics unveiled two never-before-seen digital films starring BTS at iconic public places across five major cities: Times Square in New York City and Piccadilly Circus in London (August 10 at 4 p.m. EST), COEX in Seoul and Shibuya in Tokyo (August 13 at 11 a.m. KST) and Kudamm in Berlin.

The first digital film, “Galaxy x BTS: Unfold your world with Z Flip4,” highlighted new experiences offered by the Galaxy Z Flip4. The video, featuring “Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)” by BTS, celebrated Samsung’s newest shade Bora Purple and showed a future full of potential and possibility. The second video was a brand-new digital film to “Over the Horizon 2022 by SUGA of BTS,” a reimagining of the iconic tune that SUGA participated in producing last year in honor of the ringtone’s 10th anniversary.

With its new larger-than-life campaign, Samsung is telling its users loud and clear — no matter how the future unfolds, by dreaming big, our best moments are still yet to come.
