Samsung and NVIDIA celebrate a collaboration that spans more than 25 years, beginning with Samsung’s DRAM powering NVIDIA’s early graphics cards and extending through foundry partnership.

In addition to their ongoing collaborations, Samsung and NVIDIA are also working together on HBM4. Accelerating the Transition to Intelligence-Driven Manufacturing

Random read and write speeds also get a boost with up to 700K input/output operations per second (IOPS) and 800K IOPS, respectively.

By using Host Memory Buffer (HMB) technology to directly link to the host processor’s DRAM, the SSD can achieve optimised performance even with a DRAM-less design.
