The studio houses built–for-business solutions from Samsung, including its professional display range, enterprise-ready Galaxy devices, as well as business solutions such as Samsung Knox, Samsung VXT and SmartThings Pro. It also features a wide variety of solutions, designed with various local solutions partners, for specific business and vertical use cases built on Samsung’s hardware and platforms.

Helping Singapore businesses ride the next wave of digitalisation

Today, more than nine in ten businesses in Singapore are operating with some level of digitalisation, but not all of them are unlocking optimal value from their technology investments.

The Business Experience Studio serves to demonstrate the breadth and depth of Samsung’s solutions for different verticals and business needs, and how it can unlock the value of a right technology partner for organisations.

Command and Control Centre features high-resolution commercial displays, integrated with Samsung’s VXT and SmartThings Pro solutions to help organisations achieve workflow optimisation and efficient energy management

The studio showcases an integrated deployment of Samsung hardware and solutions across ten different zones. It is powered by Samsung’s suite of business solutions, including Samsung Visual eXperience Transformation (VXT), SmartThings Pro, and Samsung Knox. Together, these proprietary business solutions from Samsung enable seamless integration and management of devices, solutions and services across enterprise environments. For example:

• Samsung Visual eXperience Transformation (VXT) is a cloud-based digital signage solution that enables seamless content creation and management across all Samsung displays.
• SmartThings Pro offers organisations a comprehensive platform to help in automation and monitoring through its intuitive dashboard facilitating effective device management, optimised for operations across residential, commercial, and public spaces such as schools. Visitors can monitor the status of smart connected devices with the studio including brand’s HVAC solutions, consumer and commercial displays.
• Cybersecurity is a business-critical issue that calls for integration across all functions and levels within an organisation. At Samsung, security is always top-of-mind, and never an afterthought. Samsung Knox is the brand’s commitment in delivering a security platform that works in real-time to protect and defend connected devices against evolving digital threats.

The studio also features the use of Samsung’s products for specific verticals and business scenarios:

• Creating immersive guest experiences with highly customisable commercial displays, including The Wall, digital and LED signages, and commercials TVs. For example, LED screens that can be configured into curved, L-shaped and for ceiling installation that are commonly seen in mixed-use developments, malls, and more.
• Custom solutions for hospitality and healthcare sectors, where Samsung display and mobile solutions can be personalised to enhance end-customer experience from point of stay to departure. Galaxy wearables are also introduced as step-down care solutions, to offer more holistic after-care experiences.
• Transforming retail with Samsung and partner solutions aimed at improving operational efficiencies and staff productivity, including Samsung Kiosk, Colour E-Paper EMDX, Knox Capture and other partner solutions.
• Improved frontline communication and workflow with Samsung Rugged devices that are built to withstand harsh outdoor environments with IP68 & MIL-STD-810H ratings. With push-to-talk (PTT) capabilities on these rugged devices, end-users can stay connected and continue their workflows without interruption operating in unpredictable environments
• Smart classrooms where educators can better engage learners using managed and interactive solutions via 5K UHD supersized displays, E-Boards, Galaxy Tablets and Knox suite of solutions. In addition, the team also conducts workshops for local educators and students to introduce generative AI skills, including Galaxy AI features, to equip customers with relevant AI know-how.
• Command and Control Centre setup, powered by Samsung’s business solutions and high-resolution business displays and the seamless video wall with narrow bezel measuring just 0.44 mm to enhance the overall productivity and decision-making abilities of backend teams.

The Business Experience Studio also showcases hardware solutions from Samsung designed to improve staff productivity and efficiencies, as well as to enhance overall guest experiences

Customers visiting the studio can also see a wide ecosystem of partner solutions in action, designed to demonstrate how Samsung’s solutions can be personalised and customised for specific business needs. For example, a “Tap on Glass” contactless payment solution on a Galaxy tablet  shows how the payment journey can be automated while eliminating the use of a separate POS or card terminals, hence improving operational efficiencies.

The Business Experience Studio will complement the efforts of Samsung Singapore’s Integrated Business Team, comprising over 20 sectoral leads, solution architects and consultants, who will work closely with customers to deliver innovative, relevant and practical solutions for their business operations.

A multi-disciplinary team with deep B2B, consumer and vertical experience, the group will work closely with public and private sector customers and partners to design and deploy Samsung and partner solutions aimed at transforming user and employee experiences, as well as improving overall efficiencies and business outputs. At the event, more than 40 journalists and influencers from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam personally experienced Samsung’s vision for 2025 and had an in-depth look at the design and technology in the featured appliances. The seminar was hosted at the Business Experience Studio, a space specially to offer business clients and visitors innovative and future-focused experiences through Samsung’s wide range of products and solutions in residential settings and different commercial environments.

Home Living Made Simple: Samsung’s “AI Home” Vision in Action

At the foundation of the showcase is Samsung’s commitment to making home living easier and more intuitive. This commitment is underscored by its “AI Home” vision, which focuses on the four key pillars of Ease, Save, Care, and Secure.

One of the centerpieces of this experience is the upgraded AI Home display^[1] — a smart screen now available across more appliances, which enables users to seamlessly access functions, view personalised information on their Daily Board, and manage their home using Map View. The screen also connects third-party devices^[2] via SmartThings, eliminating the need for a separate hub^[3].

To enhance hands-free control experiences, the Bixby^[4] voice assistant now includes Voice ID,^[5] allowing the system to recognise individual users registered in advance, sync personal calendars^[6] and even mirror Galaxy smartphone accessibility settings for better visibility. ^[7]

Innovative Refrigeration Solutions

At the seminar, Samsung also showcased its new global refrigerator lineup, which brings to life the “Screens Everywhere” vision that was first unveiled at CES 2025 such as the debut of the 9-inch AI Home display.

Another highlight was the introduction of the new Side-by-Side model which was recently launched for the Southeast Asian market. It features an integrated screen for enhanced usability, supports AI Energy Mode^[8] through built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and includes Auto Open Door, which allows users to open the door with just a light touch.

Smarter Laundry, Greater Efficiency

Samsung continues to lead in laundry solutions with AI-enhanced functionality that delivers higher levels of convenience and efficiency. In response to regional demands, Samsung is incorporating AI Wash^[9]— previously exclusive to front-load washers — to the Bespoke AI Top Load Washer for the first time. The top-load models also offer a range of other AI features, including AI Energy Mode and AI VRT+.

The Bespoke AI Washer and Dryer set offers the AI Wash and AI Dry^[10] features for smarter performance, while also equipped with AI Home Screen that offer intuitive control and monitoring of essential information such as wash cycles and remaining detergent levels to allow homeowners to get access to personalised laundry cycles and habits.

At the seminar, Samsung introduced the principles behind the AI features of its laundry lineup, particularly focusing on how its devices leverage AI to detect laundry and adjust the washing or drying cycle accordingly.

Diverse air conditioner solutions for smart living

The ‘Good Sleep’ mode was also introduced which allows users to connect their air conditioners with their Galaxy Watch series and Galaxy Ring to enable automatic temperature adjustment of the air conditioner to optimal levels from the wearable’s detection of their sleep stage. The newly launched air conditioner lineup was also on display during the seminar, giving attendees the opportunity to discover more about Samsung’s intelligent climate solutions that offer seamless smart experiences with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity.

Powerful, Intelligent Vacuum Cleaners

Samsung is also introducing its most advanced vacuum products yet. The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is Samsung’s most powerful cordless stick vacuum,^[11] boasting up to 400W^[12] of suction power and AI Cleaning Mode 2.0,^[13] which can now detect corner^[14] types and floor variations^[15] – such as carpets, hard floors, mats – for smarter cleaning. The seminar included a demonstration of the HexaJet Motor, AI algorithm, and All-in-One Clean Station, demonstrating Samsung’s innovative advancements across both hardware and software offerings.
