London, UK – 6^th February – Samsung Electronics UK is pleased to announce its partnership with BT Sport as one of three partners to launch new BT Sport App, now available on Samsung Smart TV platforms. Samsung will be the first  Smart TV platform to offer the new app, making BT Sport accessible to more Samsung customers than ever before.

The large screen BT Sport App customers will be able to watch content available on the app without the need for a set-top box or a mobile / tablet device. The app will soon be enhanced with on-demand content along with the option to access the BT Sport 4K UHD^[1] channel, allowing viewers the chance to watch sport in stunning ultra-high definition on one of Samsung’s award winning 4K TVs.

The official BT Sports App launches today. Fans can subscribe to BT Sport directly via BT or EE. The BT Sport app is free to download, and existing customers can use their current BT Sport subscription login to view content.
