Starting with the Galaxy S25 series, Samsung offers Certified Re-Newed Galaxy flagship devices in the UK and Germany, and Refurbished Premium by Samsung (Reconditionné Premium par Samsung) devices in France.

Samsung’s Certified Re-Newed devices undergo an in-house expert inspection and refurbishment process, which includes rigorous cleaning and more than 100 quality tests. In the UK, France and Germany consistent quality is ensured by limiting eligibility for the CRN manufacturing process to top-grade returned products only. Each device is reconditioned to look and perform to Samsung’s high standards using genuine Samsung parts ^[1].
