Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has announced a partnership with the London Korean Film Festival (LKFF), as the company brings hundreds of hours of K-content to Samsung TV Plus, one of the world’s largest streaming services.

Samsung TV Plus, available for free on Samsung TVs, Galaxy devices and Samsung Smart Monitor, features an extensive range of free K-content programming and will have a total of 13 channels live from November 2025 across the UK and Europe[1]. Hundreds of hours of K-content will be available, including K-Pop, K-Drama, K-Movies and K-Entertainment from channels New KPOP, NEW KDRAMA, New KMovies, and more.

The partnership will also see Samsung’s new Movingstyle and S95 OLED TV displayed to LKFF attendees throughout the festival. The Movingstyle is a portable touchscreen TV with adaptive AI – perfect for viewing entertainment content in any room or on the go. It is designed to transform the home entertainment experience, and features a built-in battery, kickstand, and handle for use around the home. The flexible display can be moved from room to room, used as a touchscreen for apps, or set up on a table or floor with its flexible stand[2]. The S95 OLED TV features Glare Free technology[3], designed to enhance the viewing experience and minimise distractions when watching your favourite movies and TV shows.

London Korean Film Festival

Now celebrating its 20th anniversary, LKFF is one of the longest running film festivals dedicated to Korean cinema outside the country itself. Featuring the world premiere of Kim Jong-kwan’s Frosted Window as the opening film and Woo Min-ho’s Harbin as the closing film, this milestone edition will honour the vibrant present and rich history of Korean filmmaking with its signature strands — Cinema Now, Women’s Voices, and Special Screenings.

The festival opened with the world premiere of Frosted Window (2025), an anthology film that gives an honest portrayal of the human condition through three episodes, each set in a different season, in the Seochon neighbourhood of Seoul’s Jongno District.

“The London Korean Film Festival makes a fantastic partner for Samsung”, comments Benjamin Braun, Chief Marketing Office, Samsung Europe. “We know K-culture is increasingly popular in Europe, and that’s reflected in our bringing hundreds of hours of K-content to Samsung TV Plus. Now, a wide audience can enjoy the best content Korea has to offer from the comfort of their homes across Europe.”

The London Korean Film Festival’s Opening Ceremony was held on the evening of November 5 2025 at the BFI Southbank in London, UK. The festival runs until November 18 2025.

[1]Channel availability varies by country

[2]The Movingstyle is designed for easy detachment. Mobility may vary depending on flooring. Slim-Fit Camera sold separately.

[3]Measured against Unified Glare Rating (UGR) testing standard, validated as ‘Glare Free’ by UL>
