Claiming the cashback is simple:

1. Buy a qualifying Samsung appliance product from a participating retailer between September 4 – November 4, 2024 to be eligible to receive a cashback reward of up to £350.
2. Submit your claim within 90 days of the purchase date.
3. Samsung will let you know within five working days whether your claim has been approved. You can check its progress anytime by using Track My Claim.
4. Once your claim has been approved, we’ll send your cashback to the details provided on your claim form within 45 days. If you are a prize draw winner, we will let you know by email once the draw has taken place on or around 3rd March 2025. You will then need to claim your prize within 14 days of receiving your win notification. Your bonus cashback reward will then be sent to you within 45 days.
