LONDON, UK – 5^th January, 2024 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd has announced that on Friday 5^th January 2024 a brand-new Samsung experience store will open in Westfield London.

The all-new Samsung Experience Store (SES) in Westfield London will be open seven days a week, featuring the widest range of Samsung mobile, tablet and wearable products currently available to buy.  This will be Samsung’s fourth experience store in London, operated by Partner Retail Services Limited (PRS&), the operator of the Samsung Experience Stores in the UK.

To mark the opening, Samsung Experience Stores will be celebrating with a series of exciting offers and experiences taking place exclusively in-store:

• Ribbon cutting ceremony to take place at 10am on 5^th January to announce the store as officially open. Live DJ performance from 10 am onwards on 5^th January and across the remainder of the weekend.
• An exclusive limited-time opening offer will be live, where customers can get an extra 10% off selected devices^[1] between 5^th and 8^th January 2024.^[1]
• On 5^th January the first 50 customers who enter the store will receive a free gift bag including a £50 voucher to redeem in-store on any purchase over £50.^[2]
• On 6^th January, the first 50 customers whose transaction value is over £100 will be gifted an exclusive gift bag which will include a free Samsung device up to the value of £349. (Devices available: Galaxy A53, Galaxy Buds FE, Galaxy SmartTag2 and Galaxy Watch6).^[3]
• Selfie coffees will be available from the 5^th to the 7^th January, offering shoppers a winter warmer^[4]. Customers can snap a selfie and watch as it prints onto a hot drink of their choice.

Samsung today announced that Galaxy Studios is returning to the UK. Open from today until May, consumers can expect to get hands-on with the new Galaxy S10 range and take a digital tour of the insta-worthy experiences, using a bespoke Galaxy S10 buddy app.

Samsung teamed up with special artist-in-residence Lakwena to create the iconic space. Known for their kaleidoscopic work, they were the perfect partner to bring to life the Galaxy S10’s new prismatic design.

In addition to the on-site experiences, Galaxy Studios will be hosting a range of workshops and events, including influencer masterclasses in beauty, lifestyle and photography.
