Greg Taylor, Vice President, Sales for Samsung Electronics America Recognized as 2016 CRN® Channel Chief
Ridgefield Park, NJ – March 7, 2016 – Samsung Electronics America, Inc. announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Greg Taylor, Vice President, Sales, to its prestigious list of 2016 Channel Chiefs. The executives on this annual list represent leaders in the IT channel who excel at driving growth and revenue in their organizations through channel partners.
Channel Chief honorees are selected by CRN’s editorial staff on the basis of their professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community and strategies for driving future growth and innovation.
Taylor steers the development of channel sales and growth strategies, works with Samsung’s product and brand marketing teams on new product introductions and develops strategic channel partner relationships. In 2015, he drove several innovations in Samsung’s partner organization, including enhancements to its partner incentive claiming platform – part of the company’s goal to streamline workflow for partners – and expansion to its channel partner base for Samsung KNOX, the company’s market-leading defense-grade security platform.
