Samsung will host its 2nd<\/sup> annual Summer Discovery Series on Monday, July 17, 2017, for over 75 college students and young professionals. The four-part series, hosted at Samsung 837 in New York City, aims to give attendees the opportunity to listen to an intimate career-centric conversation and Q&A session with some of the biggest names in entertainment, fashion and social media.<\/p>\n

Samsung is highly committed to investing in the nation\u2019s youth and seeks to provide an enriching, educational experience through this series. As such, members of the Samsung executive team will be on hand to meet, greet and network with attendees. They will also serve as moderators for each of the Q&A sessions.<\/p>\n

Attendees will have the opportunity to have their resumes reviewed onsite, in addition to a pop-up headshot corner which will give attendees the opportunity to have professional headshots taken to help enhance their LinkedIn\/professional profiles.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s inaugural guest will be Hoda Kotb, co-host of NBC News\u2019 TODAY and correspondent for Dateline NBC, who will be sharing how she got her start in the industry and speak to the importance of networking, internships, and insights.<\/p>\n

Sessions will continue to run on the mainstage of Samsung 837<\/a>, bi-weekly from 5:00PM-7:00PM, concluding on Monday, August 28. \u00a0Participants are invited to engage in discussion around the main stage, network with Samsung executives, and enjoy some lite fare and beverages in Samsung 837\u2019s cellar bar.
