Samsung recently received<\/span> two 2017 CRN Tech Innovator Awards<\/a>, which were developed to honor groundbreaking companies that successfully translate cutting-edge technology into impactful products and services for today\u2019s enterprise users.<\/p>\n

The Samsung Galaxy Book<\/strong><\/a> took home an Innovator Award in the Mobile Devices category, for its \u201cmajor upgrades,\u201d according to CRN, including the redesigned keyboard complemented by what CRN called Samsung\u2019s \u201cexcellent displays with the bright and colorful Super AMOLED, FHD+ screen.\u201d CRN also noted the Galaxy Book comes with a digital pen, powerful processor and memory.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a company that is constantly working to innovate to better serve customers, it is an honor to be recognized by CRN in two mobile categories,\u201d said Michael Coleman, vice president of B2B Mobile Channel for Samsung Electronics America.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Samsung Knox 2.9<\/a>, <\/strong>the latest edition of Samsung\u2019s award-winning, defense-grade, mobile security platform,<\/strong> also won an Innovator Award in the Mobile Security category. CRN highlighted the platform\u2019s new capabilities, including remote backup to the Secure Folder feature, which enables users to access or wipe the Secure Folder\u2019s data if the device is lost, and App Permission Monitoring, which notifies users when background apps attempt to use the device\u2019s camera, microphone, video recorder, or SMS.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Samsung Knox Configure<\/strong> was named a finalist in the Enterprise Management Category. This solution enables businesses to remote configure a large number of Samsung devices, and create profiles with device settings, restrictions, apps and other content.<\/p>\n
