NEW YORK, NY – AUGUST 9, 2018 \u2014<\/strong><\/span> Samsung<\/strong> announced \u201cAfter Unpacked: An Evening for the Rest of Us\u201d is taking place tonight, starting at 6:00 p.m. EDT at Samsung 837<\/a> located in New York City\u2019s Meatpacking District. To celebrate today\u2019s unveiling of the new, super powerful Galaxy Note9<\/a>, Samsung is taking over Washington Street between 13th and Little 12th Street. Attendees will be among the first in the world to experience Samsung\u2019s new Galaxy Note9 and enjoy music, immersive tech experiences, local eats, and more.<\/p>\n

The star-studded event features a live performance by Grammy-nominated artist Logic, and guest appearances by \u201cBest Actress\u201d Emmy nominee Issa Rae, Fortnite streaming legend Tyler \u201cNinja\u201d Blevins, Co-Star of ABC’s Emmy Award winning Shark Tank, Daymond John, YouTuber Casey Neistat, Olympian and activist Gus Kenworthy, Award-Winning Journalist and Former Editor in Chief of Teen Vogue Elaine Welteroth and more, hosted by acclaimed radio personality and podcast host Guy Raz.<\/p>\n

The special guests will participate in an intimate conversation and provide an inside look into the role technology plays in helping them create in ways that weren\u2019t possible before.<\/p>\n

In addition, a live stream of Logic\u2019s performance will allow fans to watch via the YouTube masthead starting at 8:15 p.m. EDT.<\/p>\n
