\nSamsung accomplishes this by combining the existing Near Field Communication\u00a0payment method with its proprietary Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) technology.<\/p>\n

IT\u2019S SIMPLE<\/h4>\n

It only takes the user three steps, starting by swiping\/opening up the app, followed by a touch point\u00a0authentication and a three-second transaction period to\u00a0make a payment.\u00a0The seamless and convenient transaction process will\u00a0motivate consumers to move from cash to mobile, and\u00a0will be encouraged by retailers who want to speed up\u00a0check-out lines and reach more customers.<\/p>\n

Samsung Pay uses tokenization, Samsung Knox, and fingerprint authentication to\u00a0provide secure payments between you and your payment network.\u00a0The layered security features in Samsung Pay therefore builds confidence not only for\u00a0the consumer, but for merchants and financial institutions as well.<\/p>\n

HOW?\"samsung<\/a><\/h4>\n

Tokenization. When the credit card is stored\u00a0on the Samsung Pay app, only the last four\u00a0digits of your card still appear in the app when\u00a0you look at the card art.
\nWhen your card details are transferred to\u00a0the merchant during a transaction, all digits of your account numbers are completely tokenized to reinforce protection and privacy of users\u2019 personal credit card data.<\/p>\n

Samsung KNOX\u2122<\/strong> Samsung\u2019s industry-leading KNOX\u00a0security platform constantly monitors for suspicious activity\u00a0associated with Samsung Pay, so any user information is\u00a0thoroughly protected from both internal data breaches and\u00a0outside intruders.<\/p>\n
