By this fall, 35 Batteries Plus stores will transform into Samsung Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) to meet the demands of customers who prefer to get their phones repaired in-person, rather than mailing them in.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2018, Batteries Plus has been part of Samsung\u2019s Independent Service Provider (ISP) program, primarily handling out-of-warranty repairs. Now, these 35 stores will be able to address <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samsung.com\/us\/support\/warranty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in-warranty repairs<\/a> as well as service more device types, like <a href=\"https:\/\/news.samsung.com\/us\/samsung-galaxy-zflip5-zfold5-elivering-flexibility-versatility-without-compromise-unpacked-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">foldables<\/a>. Batteries Plus technicians at these locations will also undergo rigorous Samsung Certified training<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a> setting the highest standard for quality device repairs.
