It\u2019s a partnership straight out of a dream.<\/p>\n

Samsung is joining creative forces with icon of luxury style, LaQuan Smith, to introduce new sleepwear ensembles at New York Fashion Week inspired by the innovative design and sleep insights offered on the new Galaxy Ring<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The line, fittingly titled Lucid Dream by Laquan Smith | Samsung<\/em>, will include four pieces comprising two looks \u2014 one men\u2019s and one women\u2019s. The looks carry forward the sleepwear as daywear trend in a way only LaQuan could conceive it with day-to-night options that echo Galaxy Ring<\/a>\u2019s 24\/7 wearable design.<\/p>\n

The nighttime fashions and Galaxy Ring<\/a> will be featured in LaQuan\u2019s runway show on September 9, 2024 as part of his Spring\/Summer \u201925 collection at New York Fashion Week. LaQuan has been wearing Galaxy Ring<\/a> to track his health and wellness in the months leading up to fashion week.<\/p>\n

\u201cGalaxy Ring looks like luxury jewelry, but there\u2019s more than meets the eye,\u201d said LaQuan Smith. \u201cSpending time with the Galaxy Ring showed me how important sleep is to my creative inspiration, my dreams often inspire my designs. I was able to learn more about my own sleep and wellness habits, and time and again I found myself delving into the idea that fashion can be an inspiration for so many other passions \u2014 your health, your aesthetics, and connecting with who you are in a more profound sense.\u201d<\/p>\n

The sleepwear sets in the collection were conceived by LaQuan in part using the Galaxy Z Fold6<\/a> which he used to review the data and insights collected by his Galaxy Ring<\/a> in the Samsung Health app<\/a>, explore designs and inspiration, and communicate with partners.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

\u201cGalaxy Z Fold6 was an incredibly helpful creative partner in this process,\u201d said LaQuan Smith. \u201cI was able to use the S Pen on the large screen to sketch out designs, and Circle to Search when I saw inspiration I wanted to explore further. Plus, the AI translation features have been a gamechanger for communicating and coordinating with partners and vendors across the globe.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pieces will be available at retail for the general public after the runway show. Each sleepwear garment will include a hangtag with a QR code that offers a behind-the-scenes look into LaQuan\u2019s personal experience with Galaxy Ring<\/a> and how it inspired the pieces.<\/p>\n
