Samsung Electronics America, Inc.<\/a> today announced an exciting new partnership with Unrivaled, the groundbreaking professional women\u2019s basketball league, to serve as its official technology and presenting partner.<\/p>\n

Founded by WNBA stars and new #TeamGalaxy<\/a> members Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart, Unrivaled is designed to invest in its athletes and fans like never before. Samsung\u2019s pioneering consumer electronics innovations \u2013 including smartphones<\/a> (Galaxy S Series<\/a>, Z Series<\/a>), wearables (Galaxy Watch<\/a>, Galaxy Ring<\/a>), headphones (Galaxy Buds<\/a>), and tablets featuring Galaxy AI<\/a>, and monitors<\/a> will exclusively power the league.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with Unrivaled, Samsung Galaxy technology<\/a> will revolutionize the fan experience pre-, in- and post-game, and during the broadcast, including through more than 600 hours of social-first content. The new, first-of-its-kind footage, content and enhancements \u2013 all captured and shared with Samsung Galaxy devices \u2013 will create meaningful connections, amplify each player\u2019s unique style and passions, and bring fans closer to the action.<\/p>\n

In addition to enhancing the fan experience, Samsung\u2019s Galaxy Ring<\/a> and Galaxy Watch<\/a> will be integrated into the league\u2019s training program to help track and elevate performance. Additionally, Samsung Galaxy tablets<\/a> will provide access to real-time data for each of the league\u2019s six teams and coaching staff, helping fulfill their potential both on and off the court.<\/p>\n

Unrivaled will tip off on January 17 from its state-of-the-art facility in Miami, Florida. The inaugural season will run through March, with live game coverage on TNT and truTV, along with all games being streamed on Max. Over eight weeks, 36 players across six basketball clubs will take to the court for a 3-on-3 style of play.<\/p>\n
