Samsung Electronics America is showcasing its latest education technology solutions at the 2025 National Future of Education Technology\u00ae (FETC) Conference (Booth #1681) and the upcoming Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) Convention and Exposition (Booth #923). Attendees at both shows will receive a first look at Samsung\u2019s new Interactive Display WAF Series.<\/p>\n

Samsung\u2019s AI-powered WAF Interactive Display unlocks unlimited learning possibilities<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Available in 65-, 75- and 86-inch screens, the WAF delivers captivating classroom experiences for students and educators alike. Powered by the Android 14 operating system, the WAF builds on the successes of Samsung’s first Google Enterprise Devices Licensing Agreement (EDLA)-certified classroom display, the WAD series, with a variety of familiar pre-installed and downloadable Google Apps via the Google Play Store and introduces new features to enhance classroom instruction and engagement.<\/p>\n

A simple press of the always-visible \u201cAnnotation\u201d button empowers users to take notes anytime without interruptions, even over videos and other visuals on the screen. The feature makes collaborating and engaging during lessons more seamless and less intrusive. The Note app on the display has been updated to allow multiple students to use the whiteboard at once. Up to four students can work in their own zones without affecting others, fostering both collaboration and individual learning.<\/p>\n

Coach Manuel Herrera will participate in two sessions at the show, \u201cClassy Doodles: OneNote & Sketchnoting Magic,\u201d and \u201cA Creative Process – Easy Tools and Tips for Intentional, Accessible Design.\u201d The workshop highlights how OneNote’s collaboration, digital inking and multimedia features, combined with Sketchnoting’s visual note-taking approach, transform the classroom into an inclusive learning environment and streamline teaching tasks like lesson planning and data tracking.<\/p>\n

At TCEA, Samsung Education Coach, Shay Shakes will participate in \u201cAccessibility Features for the Classroom\u201d and Leticia Citizen will participate in the \u201cDigital Citizenship\u201d session.
