The SCM Compact drives greater efficiency and productivity through Samsung\u2019s innovative mobile technology that eliminates the boundaries between wired, Wi-Fi and cellular networks, helping employees stay connected to business communications while in the office or on the go.<\/p>\n

With the included\u00a0<\/span>Smart Handover<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>feature, the SCM Compact can seamlessly handover smartphone calls from cellular networks to a business\u2019 internal Wi-Fi network (and vice versa) without any call disruption. Samsung\u2019s unique technology uses the voice path of a Wi-Fi network instead of the more commonly-used data path, improving voice quality and reducing costs for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) workers.<\/p>\n

Additionally, when paired with Samsung\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>WeVoIP<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>mobile application, the SCM Compact enables workers to turn their smartphone into a fully-enabled business phone that uses their business extension line and maintains key deskphone functions, including conferencing, call transfer and call recording.
