Guests can harness the power of AI to create unique on-screen visuals with the Generative Wallpaper tool. In addition, Live Translate uses AI to create subtitles in real-time, enabling international travelers to comfortably watch local broadcasts and Samsung TV Plus programs. Keeling explained that the industry will increasingly rely upon digital tools to upsell physical services, noting that hospitality brands are already using bespoke media networks powered by first-party data to upsell modern amenities \u2014 from in-room dining to spa services and fitness classes \u2014 based on the unique needs and preferences of each guest. &#8220;Guests are definitely looking for more personalized experiences,&#8221; said Leonarz. &#8220;We&#8217;re focused on helping hotels curate those experiences in ways that feel unique to the property while also creating opportunities to monetize services and strengthen guest engagement.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samsung.com\/us\/business\/solutions\/industries\/hospitality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hospitality<\/a> brands deliver increasingly personalized guest experiences, they are also looking for added security and privacy capabilities needed to maintain customer trust.
