Today, health information is often fragmented across multiple devices, apps, and services, making it difficult for people to build a complete understanding of their overall wellness. While access to health data has never been greater, many users still struggle to interpret what their data means and understand how they can make meaningful changes in their lifestyle.<\/p>\n

Meet Samsung Health Assistant, a fully integrated AI-powered personal health assistant for Samsung Health \u2014 now in beta for eligible U.S. users.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Users can view their Energy Score and receive tailored health recommendations directly within the new Health Assistant.<\/em> 1<\/sup><\/a><\/h6>\n

Health Assistant will help users achieve their health and wellness goals by connecting important health data with insights that empower them to ask questions about their health and gain access to rich, personalized health guidance and recommendations.2<\/sup><\/p>\n

With a holistic understanding of a user’s health, Health Assistant will connect user health information from Samsung Health<\/a>\u2019s five core pillars of wellness \u2014 sleep, activity, nutrition, mindfulness, and vitals \u2014 and transform this data into meaningful, actionable insights, while explaining how each variable impacts the others.<\/p>\n

Backed by Samsung Health<\/a>\u2019s unique knowledge base, Health Assistant will identify patterns and signals users might otherwise miss, and provide high quality recommendations that have been validated by a team of physicians and certified health coaches, on how to proactively track their health.<\/p>\n

In tandem, Samsung\u2019s acquisition of Xealth<\/a> extends this by connecting everyday wellness data to clinical care \u2014 accelerating the ability to connect user-consented health insights with care teams, securely, and at scale.<\/p>\n

Health Assistant\u2019s future capabilities will explore coaching to help users achieve their goals through behavior change and a wider set of services available in Samsung Health<\/a>, such as weight management. It will also use the Personal Data Engine (PDE) as context to provide highly personalized responses that are sensitive to a user’s schedule and preferences \u2014 for example, taking into account a user’s calendar events or habits to provide personalized recommendations.<\/p>\n
