Fitness Index<\/strong>6<\/sup><\/a><\/h2>\n

Fitness Index combines metrics such as VO\u2082 max, body composition (BIA),7<\/sup><\/a> heart rate, step count and activity time into a single view of your overall fitness. It also provides personalized goals to help you track progress over time.<\/p>\n

Vitals<\/strong>8<\/sup><\/a><\/h2>\n

Vitals monitors key health metrics \u2014including heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen levels \u2014 while you sleep to establish your personal baseline. If significant changes are detected, it can provide insights that may help you better understand changes in your health.<\/p>\n

Galaxy Watch Ultra2<\/a> is currently available for pre-order in the U.S. with general availability starting August 7.<\/p>\n
