1. Purchase a qualifying Samsung home appliance within the promotional period and taking delivery of the product by no later than 31 December 2018, retain the proof of purchase and SMS the Samsung product model code to 45903 by 31 December 2018 to validate the reward registration;
2. You will receive a return SMS with a unique token and link to a website within 48 hours, where an online form needs to be completed, and a copy of the proof of purchase attached, as well as a photograph of the serial number on the product.
3. The contents of the entry will be verified and you will receive a reward registration pin code via SMS with a concierge service contact telephone number to call to redeem chosen reward.
4. When you call the concierge service, you will be asked to quote your reward registration pin and a reward redemption form will be emailed to you, this needs to be completed and returned based on the chosen reward and a voucher will be sent you via SMS for redemption of your reward.

Samsung Electronics South Africa recently opened its latest Store at Greenstone Mall in Edenvale on Friday, 18 November 2016. The launch of this new store will provide shoppers with a single location from which to obtain the latest in mobile and wearable products, visual display and audio devices, as well as digital and home appliances.
 
Michelle Potgieter, Director of Brand and Product Marketing and Communications at Samsung South Africa explains that the fact that the company continues to expand its footprint is indicative of just how important the local market is to its business. “We take our commitment to the South African market very seriously and view the opening of this latest brand store as another investment in the South African economy and a further contribution towards job creation,” she says.
 
The Samsung Greenstone store complements the company’s already extensive partner network and adds to the growth of the Samsung brand across the country. The brand store includes a dedicated service desk to offer customers ease and convenience when it comes to repairing their Samsung devices. The difference here is that consumers who purchase selected refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers or oven packages* are guaranteed a reward.

Every consumer who purchases one of the selected Samsung home appliances will receive a guaranteed reward. There are three reward tiers which will determine the experience that consumers are entitled to.
 
Gold Tier:
 
Domestic return flight voucher to the value of R12 000 or a weekend away for two at an African Pride Hotel for buying selected refrigerators.
 
Silver Tier:

To receive their experience, consumers need to follow a simple process:
 
1. Purchase a qualifying Samsung Home Appliance within the promotional period and retain the proof of purchase;
 
2. SMS the Samsung product model code to 45916 before 31 December 2016 to claim the reward;
 
3. A return SMS will provide a link to the reward redemption website. Complete the online form, upload the proof of purchase as well as a photograph of the serial number on the product and submit. Thereafter an automated email will be sent to the consumer to confirm their entry; and
 
4. Once the entry has been verified, consumers will receive a reward registration PIN code via SMS along with the number of the Samsung Concierge Service in order to book their reward.
 
“It isn’t often that a consumer gets a free flight or holiday when they buy a specific home appliance. This promotion is unique in that every purchase of a participating appliance will be rewarded and we believe this will give buyers a genuinely memorable experience this festive season.
