The Gear Sport features a built-in GPS and 5 ATM water resistance** to help users go beyond fitness to get the most out of their everyday activities. Adding to this are a suite of premium partnerships with Spotify, Under Armour and Speedo that enable practical fitness experiences, as well as an enhanced user interface that is easily navigated via the device’s minimalistic circular bezel.

Boasting a lightweight, cord-free design, the Gear IconX (2018) earbuds provide a secure and comfortable fit, making them perfect for active users who are constantly on the go. ** The Gear Sport has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM (50 meters) under ISO standard 22810:2010 for wristwatches under defined conditions of pressure, time, velocity and temperature. This means that the device is safe to wear while walking in the rain or showering, and may be used for shallow-water activities such as swimming in a pool or the ocean. However, it should not be used for scuba diving, waterskiing or other activities involving sudden temperature changes, high-velocity water or submersion below shallow depth. Rinse in fresh water and dry after use in salt water.

Samsung’s slimmer, lighter Gear Fit2 GPS sports band with a flexible AMOLED display to comfortably wrap around your wrist, is designed with consumers’ fitness needs in mind.

The stylish Samsung Gear Fit2 provides accurate activity tracking and make workouts more enjoyable with a combination of sensors, a standalone GPS and heart rate monitor to track your activities, including distance, pace and route. Samsung’s Gear IconX: Delivering Unrestricted Music to Your Ears

Samsung Electronics South Africa has announced a genuinely unrestricted way to enjoy music while exercising, in the form of its Gear IconX earbuds. Most people love to listen to their favourite songs when working out, but it is all too easy to get wrapped up in wires, rather than the music, when trying to listen and exercise at the same time.

The Gear IconX earbuds set is wireless and has been designed to enable you to train without any distraction, whether you are a dancer, gymnast, long distance runner, or taking a casual walk with your dog. While there are other Bluetooth earbuds that eliminate pesky cables that can trip you up, these still need to be paired with a smartphone – and carrying this while working out remains unwieldy and inconvenient.

“What sets the Gear IconX earbuds apart is that they have 4 GB of internal memory and can hold up to 1,000 tracks.
