JOHANNESBURG, South Africa – 15 April, 2020 – The rate of adoption of Samsung Pay continues to prove that South Africans are embracing new digital solutions to transact. The 2 million transactions milestone was reached by Samsung Pay in February 2020, clearly indicating the evolving consumer need. Additionally, the importance of contactless payments has been put into sharper focus recently as a preferred method of payment. This secure and simple digital wallet allows you to use your cards instead of cash and do contactless payments almost anywhere on compatible Samsung devices.
