Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has unveiled its most advanced Odyssey gaming monitor line-up yet, introducing five new models that push the boundaries of resolution, refresh rates and immersive visual performance. Led by Samsung’s first 6K 3D Odyssey G9, the 2026 line-up debuts display technologies for gamers and creators, including the next-generation Odyssey G6 and three new Odyssey G8 models.

Odyssey 3D: The World’s First 6K Glasses-Free 3D Gaming Monitor

The 32-inch Odyssey 3D (G90XH model) debuts the 6K display with glasses-free 3D, introducing a new way to experience games on a monitor. Powered by real-time eye tracking, it adjusts depth and perspective in response to the viewer’s position, creating a layered sense of dimension for smooth, uninterrupted gameplay without the need for a headset. With 6K resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate boosted to 330Hz through Dual Mode and a 1ms GtG^[1] response time, fast action stays sharp and smooth. PC gamers can enjoy a high-quality expanded line-up of supported titles with optimised 3D effects developed in collaboration with game studios. Featured games such as The First Berserker: Khazan, Lies of P: Overture, and Stellar Blade will offer added dimensionality that enhances terrain, distance, and object separation beyond standard 2D gameplay.

Odyssey G6: The World’s First 1,040Hz Refresh Rate for High-Speed Gaming

The 27-inch Odyssey G6 (G60H model) gaming monitor advances competitive gaming with the world’s first 1,040Hz gaming monitor^[2] through Dual Mode and native QHD support up to 600Hz, delivering esports-level motion clarity to help players track targets and see fine details during high-speed movement. When needed, the Odyssey G6 can boost performance in an instant, providing ultra-sharp resolution so viewers can experience breathtaking worlds and ultra-high speeds that fuel competitive adrenaline. With support from both AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible,^[3] the Odyssey G6 ensures that every frame is smooth, every colour pops and every moment feels responsive.

Odyssey G8: A High-Resolution Choice Across 6K, 5K and OLED

The Odyssey G8 series is expanding in 2026 with three distinct models, each offering a different balance of resolution and speed. Leading the line-up, the 32-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HS model), the industry’s first 6K gaming monitor, delivers native 165Hz performance with Dual Mode that supports up to 330Hz in 3K mode. The 27-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HF model) provides a sharper 5K option with native support up to 180Hz, and with Dual Mode boosting to 360Hz in QHD for smoother motion.

For users who want deeper contrast, the 32-inch Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SH model) pairs a 4K QD-OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate, Glare Free viewing, 300-nit brightness and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification. Its DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20) supports up to 80Gbps bandwidth for seamless HDR and VRR playback.

AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible^[4] are supported across all three models for stable, tear-free performance. Each G8 model gives gamers and creators flexibility, whether they prioritise an expansive workspace for creation, sharper detail for immersive worlds or rich contrast for cinematic visuals.

According to IDC,^[5] Samsung leads the global gaming monitor market for displays with refresh rates above 144Hz, holding an 18.8% revenue share. With the introduction of the new Odyssey line-up, the company is on track to maintain its No. 1 position for the seventh consecutive year.

The full Odyssey 2026 line-up will be showcased at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from Jan. 6-9, where attendees will be able to experience the new displays firsthand.

As Samsung’s most compact triple-laser ultra-short-throw projector – The Premiere5 also won two IFA Innovation Awards for Best in Home Entertainment and Best of Tech Innovation. At just a fraction of the size of conventional projectors, it projects screens up to 100 inches from just 43.3cm away — or 80 inches at 32.7cm and 60 inches at 22.2cm — enabling large-scale visuals even in small, aesthetic-conscious spaces^[4]. • Bespoke AI Washer – precisely controls motor operations to reduce energy consumption to 65 percent lower than a Class A rating,^[5] the highest EU efficiency standard. This represents an improvement of 10 percentage points over last year’s A-55%^[6] Bespoke AI Washer, revealed at IFA 2024.
• Bespoke AI Jet Ultra – featuring a suction power of 400W^[7] while reducing overall weight, it is one of the world’s most powerful stick vacuum cleaner. It also supports AI Cleaning 2.0, which automatically adjusts suction power to suit various cleaning environments. Additionally, the Bespoke AI Jet-Ultra recognises floor types such as wood, carpet and mats, as well as room structures like corners and walls.
• Bespoke AI Dishwasher – equipped with AI Wash, which uses an improved high-resolution turbidity sensor and AI algorithm to thoroughly clean items by detecting and analysing soil levels throughout the wash and rinse cycles adjusting water temperature and duration for maximum efficiency. Additionally, it features an Auto Open Door that enables users to open the door with a simple push on the upper area, eliminating the need for handles and allowing the product to blend seamlessly into kitchen furniture.
• Bespoke AI Refrigerator with Hybrid Cooling – utilises two power sources — the compressor and Peltier module — to offer efficient and precise cooling. It also comes with the upgraded AI Vision Inside, which can recognise up to 37 fresh food items and 50 processed foods.^[8] Lastly, the refrigerator includes a 9” smart screen that allows it to become a hub for connected appliances, show food items and recommended recipes and provide various forms of entertainment.^[9]
• Bespoke AI WindFree – creates a comfortable environment without cold drafts by dispersing air through micro holes. AI Fast & Comfort Cooling analyses user habits and indoor/outdoor climate data to seamlessly switch between Fast Cooling mode and WindFree mode, providing energy-efficient comfort. It also combines comfort and energy savings through its Comfort Drying feature, which precisely controls humidity and temperature. When connected with wearable smart devices like watches and rings that detect when the user is asleep, it automatically turns on WindFree cooling and adjusts the temperature to better allow for deep sleep.^[10]
• Micro RGB – the pioneering display to feature micro-sized RGB LED backlighting in a 115-inch screen. Unlike conventional LED TVs that rely on white or blue backlights, Micro RGB is engineered with individually controlled red, green and blue LEDs to deliver true, full-colour local dimming. It also achieves 100% of the BT.2020 colour gamut and has earned VDE certification for its Micro RGB precision colour.
• Odyssey 3D – immerses users in a diverse array of 3D experiences from games to videos with stunning 3D effects^[11] — all without the need for dedicated glasses — thanks to advanced eye-tracking technology and a proprietary lenticular lens.

Based on total revenue, Samsung captured the highest 21.0% share of the global gaming monitor market in 2024,^[1] reaffirming its dominance in a fast-evolving, performance-driven industry. Samsung also ranked first in the global OLED monitor segment for the second year in a row – reaching a 34.6% market share just two years after launching its first OLED model.^[2]
