RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ – AUGUST 6, 2018 – Samsung Electronics America (SEA) today announced that Taher Behbehani will be joining the company as its new Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Mobile B2B Division. Behbehani will be responsible for accelerating growth in the mobile B2B market, as well as capitalizing on the strength of the Samsung portfolio, manufacturing capability, network (5G), hardware and software assets.

In this role, Behbehani will lead strategic initiatives that provide enterprise customers with tailored business solutions to help them thrive in a time of fundamental industry transition. Behbehani will also focus on strengthening industry partnerships and channel management. He will report to YH Eom, Co-President & CEO of Samsung Electronics America (SEA) and Deputy Head of Samsung Electronics North America.

Behbehani joins Samsung Electronics America following a role as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at Broadsoft, a cloud unified communication software and services company that was acquired by Cisco earlier this year. At BroadSoft, he led all aspects of global marketing and strategy, including forming a channel management team for B2B sales to drive success, as well as empowering channels to reduce the sales and onboarding cycles, increase end-user adoption and realize quicker time-to-market. He also has held executive leadership roles at BlackBerry, American Express, and Time Warner Cable.
