As Centre Pompidou prepares to close its doors for a once-in-a-generation renovation, Samsung Art Store and Centre Pompidou announce a landmark partnership that will bring 25 masterpieces from the museum’s collection into homes around the world. From November 2025, users of Samsung Art TVs will be able to display a curated selection of works spanning more than a century of artistic innovation – from Brancusi to Pollock.
Among the highlights are Frida Kahlo’s The Frame (1938), Wassily Kandinsky’s Get-Rot-Blau (1925), Piet Mondrian’s New York City (1942), and Henri Matisse’s La Tristesse du Roi (1952) – alongside works by Marc Chagall, Joan Miró, Yves Klein, and Peter Doig. The collection spans over 100 years of art history, reflecting on Pompidou’s role as a living archive of modern art world.
“Centre Pompidou has always stood at the intersection of art and innovation,” said Gaële de Medeiros, Head of International and Economic Development, Centre Pompidou. “Through this partnership, our collection continues to be seen, shared and lived with, even as our physical space transforms.”

The collaboration underscores Samsung’s commitment to making world-class art accessible beyond museum walls. With Samsung’s technology, users can transform their screens into digital canvases, curating their own art playlist experience at home.
“Art doesn’t lose its power when walls close, it finds new ones,” said Daria Greene, Head of Content & Curation at Samsung. “Through The Frame, these works can exist beyond geography, inviting people to experience modern art as part of their everyday lives.”
The Centre Pompidou Collection joins the growing roster of museum collaborations on Samsung Art Store, which includes The Met, Tate, MoMA, and Musée d’Orsay, expanding the ways people experience and enjoy art in daily life.
