Discover Samsung’s New Experience Store at Westfield Stratford City

London’s Newest Flagship Playground has officially opened where customers can play, learn and find solutions

 

LONDON, UK – 27th November 2019 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd has today announced that on Wednesday 27th November it will be opening the doors to its brand-new flagship experience store, in Westfield Stratford City. The store will be operated by Partner Retail Services (PRS&), the exclusive franchisee for Samsung Experience Stores in the UK.

 

The Samsung Experience Store (SES-L) is Samsung’s latest venture, providing a new playground for consumers to play, learn and find solutions. Measuring 480 m2, SES Stratford is the UK’s largest Samsung Experience Store, and will feature the widest range of Samsung mobile, tablet and wearable products currently available to buy.

 

The store will be open in time for Black Friday, where Samsung will be celebrating with a series of exciting activities taking place in-store:

 

  • An array of limited time deals on a range of products
  • A free personalised tote bag with any purchase, customised by the Graffiti Kings
  • Next level selfies, where customers can have their selfie printed on a cup of coffee
  • An in-store DJ will play the latest hits and create an exceptional launch weekend atmosphere

Designed to give guests an immersive brand experience, SES Stratford’s customers can enjoy regular Galaxy Workshops and learn how to get the most out of their device. From learning how to create amazing video content to invaluable tips and tricks for capturing stunning shots, customers can discover the benefits of using a Galaxy device in group sessions and 1-2-1 tutorials.

 

What’s more, the store features a 1st class device repair service. All mobile, tablet and wearables repairs are completed on site, with the majority being completed on the same day, and guests can also receive expert technical advice on Samsung devices.

 

Much like the rest of Samsung’s retail portfolio, customers have numerous of ways to pay, including 0% finance options on a range of devices as well as strong network contract offers.
