Samsung Announces the Only Accredited ‘We Come to You’ Doorstep Repair Service in the UK
Samsung partners with UK service specialist WeFix to launch a nationwide roaming repair service for Samsung mobile and tablets
LONDON, UK – September 20th, 2019 – Samsung Electronics today announces Doorstep, the UK’s only roaming repair service for mobile and tablets, available directly to personalised locations across the nation.
In collaboration with WeFix, Samsung’s official Doorstep Repair partner, the service aims to strengthen the brand’s ‘We Come To You and You Come To Us’ commitment, by offering accessible and affordable service to its valued customers.
With a fleet of over 60 custom-built vans nationwide, the Samsung Doorstep service is available in over 94% of UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland.
Using Samsung genuine parts, specialist equipment and authorised trained engineers, the new service offers the same high standard of repair available through other Samsung accredited channels, but with the greatest level of convenience possible – just one part of Samsung’s promise to go the extra mile for its customers.
This service adds to the existing ‘You Come To Us’ walk in support and repair service available to customers in over 40 high street Support Centres nationwide, and the ‘Remote Support’ service which customers can access digitally.

Rated 91% by Trust Pilot for its “excellent” service, all repaired devices undertake a 125-point Heath check, using Samsung’s Galaxy Diagnostics Tool which is delivered as part of the personalised consultation. All repairs retain the existing 24-month manufacturer warranty[1].

Customers can book a day that works for them, and one of the Doorstep Repair vans will come to the selected address and aim to complete the repair within one hour.
