Samsung partners with Wavey Garms to host exclusive fashion swap series in Southsea

PORTSMOUTH, UK – April 30, 2019 – Samsung is collaborating with urban style’s finest collective Wavey Garms to host free fashion swap events in Portsmouth this Saturday (4th May).

This will be third in a series of ten local workshops which Samsung is hosting across the nation this summer, powered by the new Galaxy S10 and captured on its best-in-class camera.

Each event will explore different interests, with this workshop focussing on the urban fashion movement.

Guests attending this weekend’s workshop can expect:

  • Top street wear tips from the Wavey Garms team
  • An exchange of clothing or accessories
  • The opportunity to customise garments
  • Stylish selfies captured with the Galaxy S10 in front of Portsmouth’s iconic street art

To be part of the experience, guests simply need to bring along one or more unwanted items of clothing or accessories to take part in the fashion exchange. This can include hats, belts, jackets, tops, trousers, skirts, dresses or bags.

The impressive Scene Optimiser function on the Galaxy S10 recognises photo surroundings and automatically enhances the quality of images – perfect for capturing Portsmouth’s most Instaworthy street style.

Workshops will be running throughout the day at The Tea Tray café on Osbourne Road, to secure your space visit https://www.samsung.com/uk/smartphones/galaxy-s10/explore/
