Live HD video streaming enables instore staff to connect remotely with customers

LONDON, UK – 25th June 2020 – Retail technology company Go Instore and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd today announced a partnership which aims to deliver an enriched digital experience for customers in the UK and Ireland via Samsung.com.

 

The newly-launched Samsung live expert service, powered by Go Instore’s technology solution, offers an interactive HD video streaming platform which allows online customers to connect with Samsung experts from the safety and convenience of their own homes. Enabled by secure, one-way video consultations, customers can quickly access the benefits of an instore experience online, explore the range and receive expert advice to help support their purchasing decision.
