Samsung Expands High Street Repair Offering by endorsing iSmash as an Authorised Service Partner
LONDON, 11th November 2022 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd has accredited one of the UK’s largest walk-in tech repair specialists, iSmash, as an Authorised Service Partner for selected Galaxy Smartphone* repairs outside of warranty terms.

Samsung is committed to offering a broad selection of the most convenient and accessible support options for customers to prolong the use of their Galaxy Smartphone. Customers in need of repair outside of their standard warranty terms will now be able to take their device to one of 38 iSmash service centres nationwide for diagnostics and repair.
As a Samsung Authorised Service Partner, iSmash only uses genuine parts sourced directly from Samsung to repair the device. This means upon repair completion customers will benefit from having their Galaxy Smartphone returned back to Samsung’s manufacturer standard**.
iSmash is dedicated to delivering professional high-quality repairs with an express turnaround, meaning that customers are never left for too long without their device. As an Authorised Service Partner, all iSmash technicians are fully qualified and trained by Samsung to the highest standard to enable them to repair the customers Galaxy Smartphone.

Alongside in-store repair, Samsung already offers a suite of repair and support options for their customers. This includes ‘we come to you’ Doorstep repair service, where a mobile repair van will travel to the customers chosen location and repair their device on site. Samsung also offers a Pick-up repair service, where Samsung posts customers an empty box to package their device and schedules an at-home collection to pick up and repair the device before returning it back to the customer.
