Samsung KX welcomes Foreign Secretary James Cleverly and Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology Michelle Donelan for International Technology Strategy Announcement

LONDON, United Kingdom – March 23, 2023 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd hosted the UK Government’s International Technology Strategy announcement in central London at Samsung KX, the brand’s flagship venue in King’s Cross.

 

Ahead of the announcement, Foreign Secretary James Cleverly and Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology Michelle Donelan met with President and CEO of Samsung Europe, Simon Sung, and SEUK President, Inha Cho, for a guided tour around Samsung KX and the immersive product experiences on show.

 

The announcement outlined the Government’s plans and vision for the UK as a Science and Technology superpower, building international alliances underpinned with key strategic priorities.

 

“We are delighted to host the UK Government today at Samsung KX ahead of their International Technology Strategy announcement, and also show them round KX and our immersive product experiences. We firmly believe in collaboration between nations so that technology can help build a better future for all.” said Simon Sung, President and CEO of Samsung Europe.
