Samsung Partners with StART for StART Art Fair 2021 at Saatchi Gallery this October

Samsung will be the official innovation partner for the second year in a row at StART artfFair, which is set to take place at Saatchi Gallery over the course of the world-renowned Frieze Week

London, UK – 11^th October – Samsung Electronics UK Ltd is delighted to announce that it is set to provide the technology for StART Art Fair 2021 at London’s world-famous Saatchi Gallery for the second year in a row, following on from the success of last year’s partnership. The event, which will run from 13^th to the 17^th of October, will see Samsung bring a range of innovations to the fair, including interactive screens that will allow visitors to appear inside their favourite artworks.

Featuring a massive site-specific installation by felt sensation Lucy Sparrow and work by three of Korea’s biggest K-pop artistes, alongside over 70 emerging and established global artists and galleries from more than 25 countries, StART Art Fair 2021 will help to bring the work of emerging artistic communities to a global audience – with the help of Samsung’s innovative display technology.

Samsung technology on show at StART Fair will include various products across the Samsung Display range, including the Samsung Flip, the Wall and the Kiosk.  The 2021 Flip will be showcased throughout the gallery in 4K ultra high definition for visitors to interact with, as well as offering artists the opportunity to doodle and upload their artwork. In addition to the ground-breaking Samsung Wall showcasing content throughout the week, there will also be a Samsung Kiosk on display – offering visitors the opportunity to have their image taken against a backdrop of any of the artists’ work throughout the exhibition via a greenscreen, before taking the image away in a digital format.
