LONDON, UK – October 8, 2018 – The pursuit of excellence is at the heart of Samsung’s DNA and we are always looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and talented people to join us on our mission to bring innovation to the world.

This year, we are proud to announce that Samsung earned a place in the top five IT and technology employers as part of the prestigious ‘The Guardian UK 300’ national survey.

Samsung offers a range of placement and graduate opportunities through the celebrated Emerging Talent Programme, covering areas across the business including sales, marketing, product management and finance. Each role is designed to encourage and motivate applicants to set their eyes on the future and inspire them to learn and grow.

The Guardian UK 300 takes into account students’ attitudes and opinions towards employers within graduate careers and their own job hunts. As the largest and most representative survey of its kind, the study determines not only the most popular 300 graduate employers in the UK overall, but also the most popular across 19 different career sectors including IT and technology.

Kelly Hastings-Trew, Head of Recruitment, Samsung Electronics UK:

“Over the past five years I’ve seen Samsung’s Emerging Talent programme go from strength to strength. To be one of the most popular graduate recruiters within this category is just amazing. We see so many great candidates each year and are always blown away by the calibre of our grads throughout our recruitment process.”

Susanna Trowbridge, Business Engagement and Development Executive, Samsung Electronics UK:

“Being on the Emerging Talent Programme at Samsung has been a fast paced and exciting opportunity to learn more about one of the world’s most innovative tech companies. From the word go I have been given a lot of responsibility in my role and I have loved every minute.”
