• Formed of independent webinars, the programme has supported multiple businesses so far in 2021 and is set to continue over the coming months
• Included within its offering, Samsung is providing a free Digital Asset pack around its new premium range - Infinite Line™ - that retailers can upload to their websites
LONDON, UK – 9th February, 2021 – Samsung Electronics UK Ltd. has been working closely with kitchen retailers in the UK to help them prosper despite closed showrooms, by offering a rich omni-channel experience that equips them with the knowledge and tools to drive online engagement and boost sales. The specially developed Samsung programme of webinars enables kitchen retailers to offer customers an immersive and informative virtual experience, that allows them to explore the latest range of kitchen appliances and receive expert advice to support their purchasing decisions.
As part of this programme, Samsung showcases its most innovative cooking appliances – Infinite Line™ – demonstrating the steam cooking capabilities of the Infinite Oven and bringing to life key features of the Combi Hob through a virtual cookery demonstration. In addition, the company offers a free Samsung Digital Asset pack around the new Infinite Line™ premium range, that retailers can upload to their websites. Following the success of the programme, and demand for future webinars, the brand intends to continue to support and engage with kitchen retailers in this way over the coming months.
Jonathan Hartley, Channel Manager for Kitchen Retail & B2B at Samsung UK commented: “We know that the demand for digital engagement has never been greater and we want to help retailers provide the best experience possible to customers. Digital experiences will continue to be a critical element of the consumer purchasing journey, so we believe that our online engagement programme helps to equip businesses with essential skills and tools to help them navigate through closed showrooms, but also support their operations in the future.”
Samsung’s support doesn’t stop there. Retailers wanting further sales training, assets, and product intelligence can access partner dedicated portals, including Samsung Academy, Samsung Marketing Suite and Samsung Rewards.
